Never before in the history of the United States has an occupant of the White House displayed less concern for the Constitution and the rule of law than Barack Obama.
It’s about time somebody said it: It’s time to impeach Obama.
Both Obama and his vice president stated explicitly and emphatically while serving in the U.S. Senate that the president did not have authority to take the nation into armed conflict without the express will of the U.S. Congress or unless the nation was under attack or faced imminent attack.
Sen. Joe Biden said a president who did so should be impeached.
I don’t often agree with Obama and Biden, but they were right then. And it’s time for them to be accountable to the same rule of law they saw so clearly in 2006 and 2007.

This nation is in crisis – economic, moral, political, security.
We need leadership that is not going to resort to the old “wag the dog” trick – getting our military forces involved in fatuous foreign conflicts that have nothing to do with national security and national interests, but everything to do with turning the public’s attention away from their own shortcomings and misguided domestic policies….

There are so many other things that Obama should be impeached for, but since he hasn't been, I have to believe that it will never happen no matter what he does. The very fact that he surrounded himself with known communists, domestic terrorists, liars, tax cheats, homosexual pedophiles, and inexperienced morons, allowing them to have all sorts of security clearances, shows that our entire government is corrupt to the core. I don't think there are any real patriotic American citizens serving in our government any more, and that goes for all three branches.
Frustrating that no one wil even investigate any of this. Then when they have tried to sue on showing his BC it seems like all the judges are either/and/or paid off or scared of him. That started in Philly when he first got elected. It's been in a lot of courts with the same results.

I, myself, have signed more petitions, filled out questioneers, wrote to my Congress members, my Senate Members, paid money that I didn't have, to support the petitions I signed and have I've prayed every night with my husband. This whole ordeal is a Twilight Zone Nightmare come to life.
My own relatives are telling me that I'm making more into this than I'm saying. We've accumulated a gun arsonal in my house and have warned and been warned of the "End of the Greatest Country in the World". I'll keep on praying. I hope others are also.
To Guest; I'm with you. I may be making more of it than I should, but we ARE MAKING PROGRESS. We have begun to get the media to quit being so liberal one-sided. Turning the media was the key factor. I, like you, have built an arsenal and stockpiled ammo. I was at a gunshow recently and was amazed at the number of citizens filling out FFL applications to purchase firearms. I often go to gun shows, so to see this huge volume of guns being purchased was very informative. We are not alone. It would also be a good idea to create a survival kit, with food staples(beans, rice, etc.), meds, water purification tablets, etc. We can then pray we never need to use them, but we will know we have them if needed. Personal defense may become a necessity if Obama manages to destroy the rule of law.

It is the duty of every American to take the time to read all the founding documents and be familiar with the process, checks and balances and what natural rights are. It is impossible to make an informed decision without knowing how the republic works, what and where your rights are and come from and most importantly to know what we should be doing right now. It's all been laid out for us by our founders. The gaps in their discussions can easily be filled in once you get the basic principles under your belt. IMO an impeachment must be started but the articles must begin with the subpoena of all of his records being secreted by the state of Hawaii. There is a reason the house has not done so already and it's because most of them have been served long ago with information which could be used to prosecute them for misprision if Obama is removed for lack of eligibility. It tells you something about them if they actually do impeach on other grounds though. It means they are willing to eat rotten crow to save their skins from a landslide to patriots in 2012 where they will stand trial and will lose everything on top of time in a small room with no view. The ball's in our court, the crowd needs to be deafening while we ready patiently for the game smashing shot.
I agree with all the people that say we want action now. I know there are lawsuits going on in our court system but they seem to be put on the back burner and nothing is being done to remove the phoney in the WH. He goes on without showing his birth certificate and nothing gets accomplised. Its disgusting how one person can get away with what he is doing. Biden also said he would initiate the impeachment. I haven't heard that he has said anything at all since Obama committed the very crime he described as impeachable. Has he? and assuming not, is he going to be called on this, or as someone implied above? Or is this just more empty rhetoric?

The election of a president is the collective action of the United States of America. Each state has a collective number of votes that are cast for the person directed by the electorate (common interpretation) of the state for a person that meets the requirements stated in the Constitution. If the person nominated for the job has not provided proof of his eligibility, then is he legally president?

Decertify the 2008 Presidential Election and let the chips fall where they may.
Can a state decertify the votes of its electoral college until it has received adequate proof of the eligibility of the candidate(s) (such as president)? This is the responsibility of the state legislatures or the Secretary of State. It is not the responsibility of the U.S. Congress.
If enough or many states decertify their votes of their electoral college then will that overturn the election? Should Ohio, Arizona, Alaska, Texas, and Florida be the first to Decertify there Electoral College votes for the 2008 Presidential Election?
It is time to take action- call or write to your state's Secretary of State and request a Freedom of Information request form. Then file the form and request copies of the documents that the Democratic Party filed to certify that Barack Obama was their candidate for President. If you get the information review it to see if it states that Barack Obama meets the Constitutional requirements to be President.
If the information does not state that Barack Obama meets the requirements then the above referenced action

So, why all of this talk about impeachment? I was ageeable when we should have impeached Bush, but nothing happened. Obama has a great lead on Bush, when it comes to ignoring RULE OF LAW and the Constitution, Obama has Bush licked. And what is this I heard about Obama assuming the Presidential seat of the United Nations? If this is true, then is not this treason? Do it already..What does it take?
it's WAY PAST THE TIME for anguishing over whether or not to impeach Obama; the time is NOW to impeach and REMOVE Obama from the White House. Furhtermore, to any thinking, rational person the EVIDENCE IS IN, and no further time should be wasted over deciding when, or whether, Obama should be impeached and removed. THE MAN IS A DISASTER AS PRESIDENT ANY WAY YOU LOOK AT HIM AND HIS RECORD THAT HE'S COMPILED FOR ALMOST THE PAST THREE YEARS!! And If the standards still hold for impeachment, i.e., TREASON, BRIBERY, HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS, Obama is a POSTER BOY for impeachment! Is this something that falls in the range of a reason for impeachability? If not, IT SHOULD BE. For, 70 to 100 million abortions committed in this country since 1-22-73, the date when ROE V. People the time for talking about it is over. We know it must be done. If we don't start making an effort to take action NOW, we will ALL be in big trouble. What can we do about it? I'm not really sure, but I say whatever it takes. I don't care if I have to march all the way down to D.C.
