Time for a change of who tabulates votes or run a separate voting company to verify votes parallel and separately.
I would also hope that precincts keep their own records of all votes and have their tabulations available for verification of the votes.

Martial Law should be declared by the Military to supervise the elections. They should check Id's and control the ballots and over see the counts to prevent fraud!

Obama has no option but fraud because he cannot win on his record or beliefs. If he does not feel confident that he can steal the election, he will declare martial law and suspend the election.
America is finished, done, only thing is to hunker down and wait for the jack boots on the door.
