Thanks to our friends at WND.com we are able to share with you a video of the eligibility hearing held earlier today in Florida. This is the hearing where Obama’s lawyer argued that Obama isn’t the Democrat nominee so his eligibility cannot be checked.

Why doin't they bring in Clare McCaskell , John Conyers and Hillary Clinton, they tried ot change the constitution to make him eligible to run, they couldn't but he ran anyway. He wasn't eligible then and he isn't eligible now. I don't think anyone should be defending Obama, he may not be a candidate yet but he is the President, is the President eligible now? if he is not then he can't be the new dem candidtate can he? why all the twaddle, just arrest the usurper and be done with it, he is nothing but an imposter. Oscar, Get a grip, Oscar! You're not going to "force" the networks to do anything. Your emails won't get any farther than the wastebasket. You can't force the network principles to read them and take action as outlined. Words are not going to work any more. Open rebellion is called for either armed or not. Obama and his team of double talkers are trying to pull another fast one. Everybody in the United States knows Obama is the democrat nominee. How many times in history has the sitting president not been th selected nominee of their party? These Obama's lawyers are a joke, somebody tell me if Obama is out on the stump campaigning to be re-elected, and spending our tax dollars to go to all theses rallies, because they don't want to admit that he is the nominee's. So he has his lawyers try to fool the court with the bogus argument they are trying to get away, what they are up to is to have this motion dismissed and make it last well into the election period, and by that time it will be too late to contest his eligibility.
