Second, this issue MUST remain in front of the voters until Nov, at least. People have short memories and the Dems are very good at pulling everyone off the subject by calling names and intimidating us. Just had a thought: will this be shelved because there is talk of Rubio or Jindal as picks for the VP? Neither is a natural-born citizen, and if we let 0's issue die down, no one will bring up R or J. Just a thought.
King is supposed to represent my state, and even tho I usually agree with him (will take him over Christie Vilsack any day), we part company on this.
When you contacted him what did he say?? We would like to know since I , for one, support conservative candidates and want them to be people of action and integrity.

Having just found out about this, I didn't take time to contact him before commenting. He is scheduled to speak at our fall fundraiser in a couple of weeks and that will give me a chance to ask. Calling his office is futile, as I've never gotten a satisfactory answer from his crew or I always have to leave a message.

Been trying to get my Florida congressman Cliff Stearns to take action regarding Obama eligibility for 3 years. Just got email from him telling me about online birth certificates. Is it hopeless? He's up for reelection in a different district against tea party candidate – veterinarian named Yoho.
No one is going to touch this with a 10 ft.pole.This lame excuse of going to the archives and finding 2 newspapers that proclaimed his birth is ridiculous.You can put anything in a paper totellrelatives that a baby was born even though it was in a different state or country.King is no better then the rest of them saying that in the future you'll need better documentation so we need 4 more years of this tarbaby or maybe more.If only these RINOs and non RINOs would become more like Sheriff JOE we'd get to the truth.

So they're all ignoring the fact that the Cold Case Posse have entered valid evidence that the FORGED Birth Certificate on display at an official government website. There is no discounting the fact that a forgery on a federal website IS A FELONY, in & of itself. It's already MORE than enough to Impeach him & indict under charges. It doesn't even matter if the Liar in Chief can produce a valid BC before the election…This crime alone is enough to remove him from the White House IMMEDIATELY.
It certainly cannot be resolved in Congress in less than 100 days, but it could have been since the dozens of months that the valid concerns were raised.

I'm from Iowa and I'm not voting for this man. I won't vote for a liberal, so I'll write my candidate instead! There is overwhelming proof that this impostor was NOT born in HI, I have seen my friend's birth certificate born in that hospital in 1955 and the information on hers is completely different than on BO's! Nancy, please don't throw away your vote just because King won't take the charge at this time. We, and I mean conservatives, have to make sure that the Republican Party takes the Senate and the Presidency and keeps the House or the country is screwed. I agree with everything else you said. After the election if the Republicans have taken over control of the Legislative and the Executive Branches of government can we then turn our sights on RINO's which Mr. King seems to be. What Steve King really means to say is "Let's just keep kickin' the can down the road, and we'll deal with it later." Not to mention, the announcement in the newspaper is *not* a legal document – it proves nothing other than someone saying that a child is born.
Per as usual, threatened or not by those behind this fraud, Rep. King doesn't care two hoots about the Constitution or how to uphold its laws. If he did, he wouldn't have caved under any threat!
Please people, I agree that the whole lot of them are corrupt but we have to gain control before we can get rid of them. If we start voting for this person or that and a Democrat wins the seat what have you gained,nothing. It's blatantly obvious that Congress isn't going to start impeachment proceedings and it wouldn't do any good right now anyway because the Dems hold the Senate. First we get control of the three branches of government and then go after the bums that won't vote to prosecute Obama and his whole gang of thieves after the election. That's our only hope.

I'm a bit disappointed in Steve here, but overall, he is one of the really good ones in congress. At least he will discuss the issue as though it is aserious matter, which is more than 90% of them will do.
Congress has had four years to deal with this problem and NOBODY has done anything about it. If Congressman Steve King really cared about getting someone who "respects the Constitution" in office, he would have gotten his act together long ago. Sheriff Arpaio has ample evidence ALREADY that Obama is a fraud and if they wanted to they could bring this up NOW instead of waiting on "the other side of november" and AFTER the election to investigate. After the election he's going to say "well, he has been duly elected…" and let him go on destroying our country.
