For those who keep track of such things, at the debate last night, Joe Biden interrupted Paul Ryan eighty-two times, angrily throwing up his arms, his face often contorted in rage. One commentator said Biden came across as a cranky old man. When he wasn’t angrily interrupting, he was smirking and laughing, often at the oddest times, as when Ryan was discussing a nuclear Iran.
Paul Ryan on the other hand came across as presidential, polite, reasoned, and most importantly, truthful.
Truth. That’s something we don’t get much of with the Obama administration. And Biden spent the first few minutes of the debate extending the Bengazi-Gate debacle even further than his boss. He had the audacity to state on national television that the Libyan consulate hadn’t asked for extra security prior to 9/11. This after extensive Congressional hearings where Congressman Issa showed the State Department the cables where the security detail repeatedly asked for additional security. After the debate, even MSNBC took Uncle Joe to task for this whopper. You know when a liberal loses MSNBC that they’re in trouble.
Despite Uncle Joe’s crazy antics, Paul Ryan cogently presented the Romney-Ryan plan of fiscal sanity, reform of our entitlement system, and a reversal of the Obama administration’s gutting of our military.
Instead of Obama’s “leading from behind” strategy, he echoed Ronald Reagan’s “peace through strength” that makes the world safer instead of (under Obama) a world that is burning before our very eyes.

I watched part of that debate and it looked like it was just going in circles. Ryan would answer the question as truthfully as possible and then Biden would essentially call him a liar for each instance. What got me was when the moderator cut into the debate and directly engaging either candidate. This isn't an interview, Martha. Next time, take your pills before moderating a debate. Moderators are supposed to be neutral. Anyway, I think Ryan did fine, especially dropping a few bombs by using Obama's own words and admissions against him. You could tell his tact was working when it invoked nervous laughter from Biden.
I SAW EXACTLY WHAT I EXPECTED FROM BIDEN – HE FUMBLED TO ANSWER MOST OF THE POINTS THAT RYAN PRESENTED WHILE DODGING AND SIDESTEPPING GIVING ANSWERS THROUGH THE WHOLE EVENING. JOE HAS MADE A PLACE FOR HIMSELF ALONG WITH THE PELOSI'S, BILLY CARTERS AND OTHER LIBERALS WHO HAVE A HABIT OF SPEAKING WITH ONE FOOT IN THEIR MOUTH. WELCOME TO THE POLITICAL COMEDY HALL OF FAME, JOE. YOU CERTAINLY DON'T DISSAPPOINT.
The closing statements by Biden and Ryan were quite revealing. Biden looked down at his notes often and fumbled through it. Ryan spoke directly to the American people with conviction, honesty and from his heart. Who was more prepared? My high school son watched the debate and commented that if he had given the closing statement as Biden did, he would have received a failing grade in speech class.
Your son that is in high school is a very observant person. Biden was a clown and very unbelievable. He is was arrogant and rude and I think Ryan was a respectful intelligent man who would make a great vice-president of The United States. I hope the american people see this adminiistration for what they really are and want they want to do to this country….. Please people, vote on November 6th and get Obama and Biden out of there.

Ryan did a great job and considering what he was dealing with, Biden.
Biden represents what the democratic party stands for today. Every freedom loving American should be frightened that a radical Communist-Socialist Regime has overtaken this once great country. People who would support Obama and his cohorts are not friends of liberty and most certainly are not friends of mine.
