The local Sheriff has authority over s s police force (police are not a constitutional provision), miIitary, foreign and domestic as upheld by the Supreme court. and finally the MiIitia as a constitution right and provision has the authority to arrest usurpers.

What is so funny to me is how folks are reacting to the crap that the US has as leadership these dAYS. Heck the taxpayers pay for all these czars and others to get around the constitution rather than holding the president and the congress accountable to the people who pay these bills. Taxpayers should just go back and view the results of the march by king and his people on DC in 1968 and just follow this lead with maybe ten million taxpayers and do the same as he did, 9 million march and sing "We shall over Come, " the other million do the "Burn Baby Burn " and riot and destroy like his people did. Then they might accomplish something. I really doubt that another mccain is going to do a heck of a lot but talk.
It seems to me that people would get tired of talking and voting and do something that works for the nation.,
