In addition, FactCheck is a non-partisan program run by the communications department of the University of Pennsylvania, while the sources cited on the Obamacare issue are all law sites that have been published and cited in university papers and court proceedings across this great country.
Finally, my major criticism to you and many of your constituents would be your lack of verifiable facts. Arguments are made with facts backed up by sources. I stand aware of fox and other stations as well as the source from which it came when its available.
I feel to understand the truth of a matter you need to read both side of the facts presented this way you have a more rounded view to decide where you make your stand and on what you believe truth to be. I try and live my life this way, to think first before commenting.
I fine a lot of information from old history books and past Presidents, personal books written by the person before and after some of them became President, those involved around the scene and books written by others about them, I have read the Bible many times and still do. I read about Islam and other happening around the world to get incite as to who is pulling strings here, I think I have a very good understanding about people and evil doers that are trying to destroy our generation to come.

Or, and you might find this point very interesting to your argument, Artivcle VI, clause 2 of our Constitution. It states, and as I have read the Constitution before I am quoting here, "This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding."
What this states, is that whatever the federal government argues, shall again, supersede state government at any point. It is commonly referred to as the supremacy clause.
