Yes I agree. I also believe that anyone who filed for a commercial license after the spill should not be part of the suit. This is where you need to draw a line on being fair.
Thats like me hearing there is a Class Action Suit, and I move from Texas, get a license in LA, and then try to be part of the Class Action Suit.,
So in essence, there should be a time frame placed on who qualifies for compensation vs people who is just trying to get their hands into the pot of gold.

If he is not impeached, then, once he leaves the office of the President, ALL his actions and policies will not be questioned nor will there be an ability to revisit and potential repeal them. People that he appoints and offices that he has created will not be questioned. ALL these things NEED to be examined. Those and offices created by the government official in the last 40 years. They need an examination for Constitutionality. Without impeachment this will be unlikely. Another issue is that AFTER he leaves the presidency, if not impeached, then he will be entitled to security and the PROTECTION of America. Look at Jimmy Carter. The damage that that man has done and will continue to do whilst having the full weight of the AMERICAN government and security behind him. Bush and Clinton are extremely powerful. This man is DANGEROUS, in office or out. Impeachment and punishment to the fullest extent of the law is what is required here. America demands JUSTICE not more LIP service. We fund abortions in Mexico, Asia, Africa with our tax dollars but American fisherman that provide a great percentage of American's food can't get legitimate aid by certain members of our Congress! How can anyone not have documentation of their work history? Could they be defrauding the I.R.S. by not paying their taxes? If the answer is yes to either question,then wouldn't that exempt them from any type of compensation? Here is something those idiots in congress didn't seem to think of, check the I.R.S. records for tax return records for the folks who are making claims. That would tell them right away if they were working as fishermen. Here's something else, check the state and federal fish and wildlife files for prior fishing licenses. Oh, lets not forget to check for boat registrations with the state D.M.V. and the U.S. Coast Guard. It seems to me that these simple measures would solve the problems of proving who should get compensation and who should not. That would be the just, legal, righteous and best way to handle this thing. So, it will be done with dishonesty, illegal, backhanded, and wrong way. Just like good ol' Chicago politics would handle it.

Those that are setting there have all admitted to being illegal and the one girl mother said she was going to sue the principal because he asked for her licence and green card.
