In other countries if someone crosses the boarder illegally – they are tossed in Prison.. the United States needs to do the same. How many time shave you seen on the news – Americans (even a television reporter) hiking in foriegn lands and mistakenly cross a boarder – then boom – in prison w/ hard time. We as Americans need to take measures to secure our boarders. My parents entered this country leagally and became citizens.

She is pathetic. Society prevents me from saying what I truly feel. How dare she take financial services from this government?!!!! My husband & I lost our jobs almost 2 yrs now. We both chose re-training in other fields and still no "God's Miracle"! We are citizens and PAID into this government and we will have to fend for ourselves as of December of this year. I need a hip replacement and have a hard time walking around so where is my "Disability"? I guess you have to know someone or be good for nothing to get anywhere these days. Pretty sad when an illegal has more than I do! I would however be willing to pay for her psychiatric help & then ship her to another country. Is there any other country out there that wants her???????

As I listened and watched this video, I became extremely ill. I knew that I would have to respond to it, but had to wait for the sickness as well as the tears to subside before I could continue!

She likely draws about $674 a month, pays no rent, gets free medical care, gets all her bills paid. How else could she afford those designer sunglasses and all the gold and the fancy clothes! Even with that amount of money there is NO WAY she could afford a prominent immigration attorney UNLESS one of the legal aid services is paying the bill! Good Lord!
My OWN story. Why this made me so sick! I filed many times from 1995 forward for 'disability'. I was DENIED each and every time. I noticed that it said that 'a' doctor determined her disabled. One of the times I filed for my own disability, I turned in the names of 22 doctors who considered me disabled. I had to continue to fight for my disability. Before 1995, I had never in my lifetime been on the 'system'. I didn't have a clue as to what the system was. I had always worked and pain into the system and hoped they were doing a good thing with the money I sure wasn't receiving. In 2008 I FINALLY gained the attention of Social Security and they ordered that I see two of their doctors. Well, I think I passed the 'mental' examination', but the medical doctor they had me see told me that I needed to see more doctors than what I was because I was sicker than I knew! My attorney had told me that this particular doctor was used by the state quite often and that he had 'never' helped anybody. That wasn't true in my case though. Funny how my attorney said that if Social Security had even looked at the big list of medications I was on it would have been enough to retire me on disability!
To make a very long story short, I FINALLY was granted my disability in November 2009. However, since I had been fighting for it since 1995 I no longer had any Social Security funds left! Therefore I only qualified for SSI. I was granted $674 a month and received my first payment in January 2010. They considered me disabled since I believe it was June 1995, BUT were only willing to pay back pay from September 2008 because I had only qualified for SSI, not Social Security. Oh, and one other thing. They were not going to pay me the back pay in a lump sum either. They would give me some of my back pay twice a year. That was not good news for me since my $674 a month had to pay all the bills and take care of 3 people in the time of it. Not to mention that the only heat I have is two small electric heaters and it gets really cold where I live and in the winter time my electric bill can and does run $400 a month. I wonder if Auntie Zeituni would like to discuss how much she pays for electric bill out of her check? Wonder if she'd like to 'trade' hells!

Now, I started drawing my $674 in January of this year. I had to call them for help in June of this year because the electric bills had piled so high I couldn't pay them and would be cut off. They did allow me $1900 of the money they owe me, so that was at least something! Now, my husband has taken early retirement and he will draw $1077 a month. I had been calling Social Security for help again, called them for three weeks straight recently with no response to my calls. My refrigerator quit, I'm running my tires on my 88 vehicle on Fix-A-Flat to even keep air in them, and since I haven't been able to afford a well for water I am tapped into a spring system here which also needed major repairs. They still have not responded to me, by the way. Not about that anyhow.
This week I received notice from Social Security that since my husband would start to draw $1077 a month, then I no longer 'qualify' for my SSI payments! They cut me off just like that. Zip. No warning. Nothing. I will receive no check in November period. I could not afford to get my medicine last month and now won't be able to afford to get it this month either.
This is WHY I got so angry it made me sick when I read this story and listened to and watched this video! I know that life ifs not always fair, BUT contrary to what this woman has done……..I HAVE done the right thing…..I DID go through the proper channels……..God is very much a part of my life……….BUT…….I'm being sh_t on again! This is NOT the first time and they denied my disability UNTIL they could take all my social security away from me!
I know I must sound like a "whiner" myself, but I do not mean it to sound this way! This woman is an ILLEGAL ALIEN! Its not Just Her either! We are overrun in our country with people just like her who think the American people OWE them something just because they got here! THIS is where my anger is at. If not for people like her, there might just be a little something for those of us who have paid into this system ALL OF OUR LIVES! when we need it!
