If he is not impeached, then, once he leaves the office of the President, ALL his actions and policies will not be questioned nor will there be an ability to revisit and potential repeal them. People that he appoints and offices that he has created will not be questioned. ALL these things NEED to be examined. Those and offices created by the government official in the last 40 years. They need an examination for Constitutionality. Without impeachment this will be unlikely. Another issue is that AFTER he leaves the presidency, if not impeached, then he will be entitled to security and the PROTECTION of America. Look at Jimmy Carter. The damage that that man has done and will continue to do whilst having the full weight of the AMERICAN government and security behind him. Bush and Clinton are extremely powerful. This man is DANGEROUS, in office or out. Impeachment and punishment to the fullest extent of the law is what is required here. America demands JUSTICE not more LIP service.

We must not allow O to be impeached nor can we allow him to resign. In either case, the legislation he has signed will still be on the books. We need to get at him through the B.C. issue to show that he is not qualified to be president, and when convicted, his signatures all become invalid, taking with it all the legislation, treaties, etc. Without a valid B.C., he is no president. How can congress impeach a non-president. Further, how can a non-president resign as president. That signature is invalid also. Impeaching him or allowing him to resign only adds a sense of validity to the idea that he is a president in the first place, which he isn't.
WHY has "every" Court denied disclosure of this and just "DISMISSED" as the American People have NO STANDING Unless we were HURT….DUH…………!!!

In my unrequested , but freely given , opinion , and it is only an opinion, I think the Liberal Press In general are tools for rent by whoever wishes to pay ( in whatever currency or action or service ) for their use. I must admit I suspect the Present ("present" only when not out sight-seeing or engaged in recreation and relaxation or campaigning ) President IS a closet Muslim , and an apparent socialist with communist leanings.I further suspect he may be , either by financial inexperience or by ignorance ( even worse, by intent ) in the process of "bankrupting" our country. I think Obama is just a front man for some radical anti- American group. He appeared out of obscurity, with no significant accomplishments. He was heavily involved (still ? ) with ACORN, which was discredited and disbanded . All this talk of impreaching the "Anointed One" is so much straw in the wind. Won't happen; can't happen! Impeachment only applies to a person legitimately occupying the White House. Since he is an imposter, i.e., an illegal alien, it does not apply! If we try him on that basis we lose and he skates free. So what to do? Since he is indeed, an illegal alien we hold him and trying him for espionage and sedition! That will work and make him eligible for the deeath penalty. In the former case of impeachment the outcome would leave all of his edicts and appointments intact even if he were to be found guilty and forced to resign.
