Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik, a Democrat, used the news conference announcing the shooting of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords as a partisan platform, blaming the deadly act on “vitriolic rhetoric.” In an interview on Sunday, the sheriff admitted he has no proof that rhetoric of any kind caused the shooting. Listen to the way he drops the Left’s talking points that foreign powers are financing conservative television commercials, and Republicans are “trying to block the attempts of” the Democrats and The Glorious One “to make this a better country.” He’s literally a partisan gunslinger.

How is it that 50 years in Law enforcement allows Sheriff DupE-nik to attempt to convict Talk Radio, Sara Palin and the Republican/Conservatives for the Crimes of a Mentally unballanced individual who obviously had an Axe to grind with Gabrella Gifords. This might be somewhat understandable immediately after the Shootings, however to propose the same ideas without one shred of evidence days later puts the Sheriff in the family of Leftist/Socialist Dupe. As far as I am concerned this Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik is just showing his stupidity. What can we expect from a Democrat – since they always try to turn everything into a political thing and of course blame the Republican for everything. I even heard that her 75 year old father, said when he was ask if Gabby had any enemies, that "all the tea party are her enemies." That comment just makes me sick.
You knew it was going to happen even before the facts of this case became apparent. The left was going to spin this to place the blame either on the Tea Party, or the conservative movement in general. They seem to have this predisposed genetic condition that won't allow them to see the facts and the evidence that supports these facts. The rest of us should be shouting from the roof tops to hold the media accountable to tell the story and stick to the facts. As Sgt. Joe Friday would say, "Just the facts, ma'am."
I hope and pray that Congresswoman Giffords has a speedy recovery.

In this video, Sheriff Dupnik said that credible people make statements to try to inflame the public. Was he talking about Obama & all of his cronies? There are too many sound bites of Obama making really stupid, & violent remarks. The sheriff should just cover the facts, & keep his ideology out of it. Several people in his neck of the woods lost their life to a mad man, & instead of caring about that, he is taking this opportunity to spout his views. Who cares about your views, Sheriff? If this sheriff doesn’t recognize the attributes of a burnt-out druggie he is not qualified for the office he holds. No wonder this kid was still walking around loose despite several arrests if that’s the caliber of law enforcement in that county. I believe some of the problem starts in the classroom where these radical, communist, progressive high school teachers and college professors are teaching our kids what they believe in, while NOT teaching, American history, and about our founders, the Constitution and patriotism in the classroom. Instead they are teaching our young people communism, fascism, and terrorism. Just look at all the people who surround Obama, who were themselves radical nut jobs and are now professors teaching their beliefs to our students. These teachers and professors need to be removed from the classrooms before they do anymore harm.
