The Obama Administration has sent Iranian/US national Valerie Jarrett to the Middle East, with the stated aim (once they got caught) of “negotiating” with the Iranians at CENTCOM Headquarters in Doha Qatar. But in reality, Jarrett has been conspiring with the Iranian mullahs to destroy the United States in any war between Israel, Syria, and/or Iran.
Former CIA spy Reza Kahlili, who spent years undercover inside the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corp, says that the Iranians already have “Super EMP” weapons purchased from the North Koreans as well as warheads that the Iranians purchased on the black market from the former Soviet Republic of Tajikistan.
Kahlili and Dr. Peter Vincent Pry of the Congressional EMP Commission have testified before Congress that an EMP attack launched on the United States with just two nuclear weapons detonated high in the atmosphere would send the country back to the 1800′s in an instant, without the infrastructure to support 311 million people. According to their testimony, up to 90% of the population of the United States would die within the first year.

I do not know what to believe anymore, the shit that this country's administration is doing is so wrong, we have Mr. Evil sitting at the helm trying to destroy our republic in so many different ways that there is almost no way to stop him.
I have legitimate fear that we are going to be left without electric, food, etc.
Right now I am starting to think that I should withdraw all moneys from my business and personal bank accounts and just deposit it back as needed as I write checks.
If an EMP is exploded over our country we will need Cash in order to get anyone to just rent you a horse or donkey.
This illegitimate president is giving the people so much uncertainty and worries.

I am set. I don't worry about utilities, food or housing or protection.

Are you urban or rural? Makes a difference on how to prepare. Either way you can plant a small garden at least for food. Indoor gardens are quite fruitful.
Have you shielded your electronics for EM pulses? One of the first things you should do.
Do you have wood burners throughout your home for heat and cooking? Good supply of wood?
Are you set with arms?
Have you learned how to can produce from your garden? Do you have a supply canned?
Just a few things late starters can do to make a difference in their survival.
Now if you have the funds, have you found a home outside the urban sprawl? Is it able to be defended? Did you look into this before purchase?
Now if you're like me, you've bought your home with cash years ago. It's in a very rural area. You have oil and natural gas wells dug. Your home is hooked up to the natural gas and you have a Prime generator for electric. All electronics, including everything related to the generator, EMP shielded.
You also have a water well.
You have enough acres to grow a big garden and have live stock. You've built a large smokehouse and have wood burners throughout the house with a Dutch Oven in the kitchen for cooking. Your pantry if filled with home canned goods. You even went as far as to plant a herb garden.
Fully defensible with room for many.
I know you're being facetious, but know that I purchased this home for under $75,000 and more are still available.
It's called being pro-active.
I'm more than happy to share any information I have on how to prepare to those patriots truly interested. It's easier than you think.

As I understand an EMP would only damage those electronics that are on at the time of the pulse, so I understand that my gas generator would work just fine since it is still brand new in the box, I have a few gallons for that use, I have enough gas for my grill to cook may be 1 month, I am keeping enough meat in the freezer to last me the same time, 1 month, drink water bottle supply, home grown spices and mangoes which we freeze, and yes there is portable defense but as far as the home goes there are too many sides to cover at one time, but I do not expect it would get to that. My biggest worry is the electric grid (bank electronics going down, loss of data $$, home ac, heating) and the food supply coming into the markets. All of that is my personal and my family survival and concern, but I am very worried with what could happen to those in Hospitals, the sick, ill at home and the children, if it were to happen while they are coming out of school in those buses, well, it would be catastrophic.

Wow, you really DO have a rich side to you don't you? Who ever told you if your equipment isn't on it won't be touched is wrong. Take a minute and look it up. Only ONE way to prevent damage from an EM pulse.
As I said, I bought a 5 bedroom home. Only a 4 sided home with view on all sides. A LARGE amount of land. I own two oil wells and natural gas wells in which I have no utility bills nor a need for gasoline. I produce my OWN electricity. A large enough garden to feed a family of 10 PLUS have enough to can for extra. Fruit trees and extras.
For $100 I ensured I have no worry about an EMP, whether my equipment is on or not. Livestock to have a variety of meats. The ability to preserve meat without refrigeration, if needed. Permanent clean water supply.
I even have high level medical training so I don't worry about hospitals. On top of all this I still have room for more.
As I said, and all for the LOW price of $75,000.

Stockpile staples such as canned foods, Beans, Rice, canned meats, etc needed for each member of your household or group for however many months you feel safe with (3 Months, 6, Months, 9 Months, Year)…Stock up on water and purification methods such as bleach (make sure to only use the amount needed to disinfect the water and no more), Water Purification tablets, or make your own purification system with alternating levels of sand and charcoal and then boil the water before consuming it. Stock up on Non-Hybrid (Non-GMO Seeds)…the Hybrid (GMO) seeds will only germinate for one season, while you can reharvest the Non-Hybrid seeds to plant for next year. Weapons and enough Ammunition, knives, machete's, tools (Gardening and fix things around the house, etc…), some sort of power generation (such as Solar panels or Small home wind turbines but make sure if there is anything electrical to place them inside of a "Faraday" cage until after any EMP blasts otherwise the chips will be fried and won't do you any good, came thing goes for Radios, Battery Chargers, or anything else that contains Electronic Chips. You should also know how to set up a battery bank to collect the Energy produced by Solar Panels/Wind Turbines etc…for use at night.
Also if you have a Generator that won't get fried by an EMP blast stock up on the fuel needed…but remember Gasoline only stays "Fresh" and Useable for a Year.
Don't forget the other essentials such as Salt, Sugar, Coffee, Toilet Paper, Fishing gear, sleeping gear since more than likely you won't have any heat in your house, medical/First Aid gear, Candles, Gun cleaning kit, Rope/Cordage, trapping gear, Cooking Gear (Cast Iron Skillets, Dutch Ovens, Utensils, Camp stove or some other for of fire for cooking/Purifying water, and it's fuel…Propane, Wood, Gasoline). Don't forget books, they will have valuable knowledge in them that you may need just to survive.
Then there are also the barter Items: Gold/Silver, Ammunition, Alcohol, Extra Seeds, extra food, extra Bleach for Water Purification…
As I knew when s/he wrote their first response, S/he's being facetious. They have no want or need to prepare.
They are the type to believe if they have a little propane and a couple gallons of gas, they will survive IF a civil war breaks out.
