Maybe I just don't know how to read with a liberal bias, but in my reading of the Constitution I do not find any clause or word which gives the government the power to take my taxes and give them to someone else for any reason whatsoever. There is not one word of Charity, Welfare or any other term that redistributes my wealth (earnings) into someone elses pocket.
Now as far as the Bill Clinton rule of work requirements for Welfare, just exactly how do you require work for welfare when there is not Constitutional position for Welfare to begin with?
Wake up and read the Constitution and discover that redistribution of your earnings to other people is not allowed in the Constitution at all……
