Supposedly, in 1982 the GOP signed some sort of agreement to not investigate voter fraud. I think the agreement is supposed to expire in 2017. Someone may want to check this out. I can't remember where I saw the document, but I believe this is true.

Apparently that agreement ran out within the last 2 years, but the Dems keep bringing back the judge who signed it to exploit a loophole, essentially making it so the GOP can't ever move on voter fraud.
