Look, is it really too much to ask that the person holding our nation’s highest office make public the transcripts, publications and other writings documenting the education and experiences that are supposed to form some basis for their qualifications to hold the office? Is that too much to ask, really?? I’m not talking about the legal minimum requirements, such as age and citizenship. I’m talking about documenting who you say you are, and what you say you have done, in a way that can be vetted for accuracy and quality.
Ever apply for a government job of any importance? Proof of citizenship or permanent residence is required for all of them. Official transcripts, certified copies of professional licenses and certifications, a professional resume complete with a listing of published and unpublished works is all part of the application process. All of this is verified and vetted even before you get an interview, and even after you are hired, you are subject to dismissal if somehow it is later discovered that any of this information was false or misrepresented. Is it not logical to hold the President of the United States to the same standard?? ? Is that too much to ask, really??
