Um, I've never been in the military but I do believe the chain of command has nothing to do with the comments this Marine has expressed. He swore and oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC. Well we most certainly DO NOT have a Chain of Command that is intact. In fact, our Military Chain of Command has been compromised by this MORON-IN-CHIEF and several members of the military have placed their careers on the line to call attention to this "Clear and present danger." Moreover, since the pseudo-president has 1) not successfully nor satisfactorily responded to what are obvious issues regarding his ineligibility the occupant in the Oval Office is not truly POTUS. 2) This same figure has committed several impeachable offenses in violation of the Constitution. One of these being failure to obtain legal approval to militarily approach Libya and this very same threat applies to Mr Panetta and Mr Obamas disdain for the War Powers Act relative to Syria. The USA is not under attack by Syria. I call on every red blooded AMERICAN CITIZEN to use their contact list of their e-mail and face book and tweeter accounts to tell their friends to contact their friends to contact the congressmen and women in Washington and DEMAND a congressional investigation on Obama or risk being voted out of congress. I believe the first thing the attorneys who are representing Sgt Mark Stein should do is to require the prosecution to prove that Obama is the lawful president of the United States. That is a valid question that needs to be answered first before proceeding with any action against Mark Stein. There has been enough evidence to to the contrary to require this determination first.
