If the supreme court ruled that this is a tax, then the entire bill should be abolished, as we were told by obama many times over that it wasn't a tax. Not only were we defrauded, so was the congress and senate, as they too, believed this was NOT a tax. It should never have became a law in the first place, as no one read it, and they didn't actually know what was in it before voting on it. We are paying too many taxes now. We don't need more. This only leads to the government taxing us on anything they want, and we will have nothing to say about it.
Everyone knew this was a tax, the Democrats pretended it wasn't.
Since it is now officially a tax, we have options to rescind it thankfully.
I hope so but somehow Obutthole will find away around it and the republicans seem to be to stupid to stop this half boot on anything he does.He wants and will be our supreme dictator if he gets elected again.This is only the beginning unless we vote the piece of crap out.

Broken promise………..does it surprise anyone, really? What surprised me was the fact that with a name such as this “one” has, HUSSAIN, people still ran out like escapees insane institutions and actually couldn’t wait to elect him in the first place! He does not shock me nearly as much as the stupidity of the idiots who still support him, and will again cast their votes for such a liar and thief. And it is as if they know they are wrong, it stares them in the face, yet, they STILL dig in their heels and defend him! One in particular is this really stupid DUMB BLONDE woman named Tamara….don’t know her last name, but she appears on Hannity at least once a week, and she insists on defending him..sometimes almost in tears doing so! Hannity has her on the show, and I have never figured out just why! I guess just to show how stupid democraps really are……..? She gives blondes a really bad name. But, how they can defend something, someone who is a total, complete and absolute failure at everything he does, says, and touches, is truly something that boggles my poor mind! He has a trail, a big one, a trail as long as this nation is wide, of broken promises and lies behind him. Indefensible.
Disgusted, you are so right, I could not agree with you more. I just wish more people would wake up! And why Hannity has these liberals on his show I can not understand either. They have enough air time on the other stations.And this Tamara is such a cult follower of Obama's. I would be a shamed if I were her. Obama does not even like white people. So any white person who is for Obama is not doing their home work.And if he gets a second term ,they will know what that I am talking about. They will see his true side.
