The Speaker of the House who initiated the last impeachment of a Democratic president has warned Barack Obama of the possibility of a repeat. Newt Gingrich told NewsMax.com that Obama’s refusal to fight legal challenges against the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) — which was also passed while Gingrich was Speaker — created a “very dangerous precedent.” He invoked a comparison: ““Imagine that Governor Palin had become president. Imagine that she had announced that Roe v. Wade in her view was unconstitutional, and therefore the United States government would no longer protect anyone’s right to have an abortion because she personally had decided it should be changed. The news media would have gone crazy. The New York Times would have demanded her impeachment.” Gingrich warned Obama “swore an oath on the Bible to become president that he would uphold the Constitution and enforce the laws of the United States. He is not a one-person Supreme Court.”
He added that implementing ObamaCare after it had been declared unconstitutional presented additional cause for concern. He called on Congress to defund ObamaCare in its budget — and, if the president violates the law, “then you’d have a real crisis.” His comments in response to questions about impeachment make clear that, although he is not yet ready to ask for proceedings to begin, he sees that as the outcome if Obama continues on his current lawless trajectory.
Gingrich is at least the third person to call for impeachment over DOMA. Yesterday, Matthew Vadum added this dereliction was “a new” reason to impeach Obama. Not all who believe this is “an impeachable offense” oppose homosexuality. Gingrich is the highest-ranking politician to warn the president of the possibility of impeachment. As they ask in the cell phone commercial, “Can you hear us now?”

HEAVEN AND HELL
While walking down the street one day a Corrupt Senator was tragically hit by
a car and died. His soul arrives in heaven and is met by St. Peter at the entrance.
"Welcome to heaven," says St Peter. "Before you settle in, it seems there is
a problem. We seldom see a high official around these parts, you see, so we're not
sure what to do with you." "No problem, just let me in," says the Senator..
"Well, I'd like to, but I have orders from the higher ups. What we'll do is have
you spend one day in hell and one in heaven. Then you can choose where to spend
eternity." "Really?, I've made up my mind. I want to be in heaven," says the Senator.

The doors open and he finds himself in the middle of a green golf course. In
the distance is a clubhouse and standing in front of it are all his friends and
other politicians who had worked with him.
Everyone is very happy and in evening dress. They run to greet him, shake his
hand, and reminisce about the good times they had while getting rich at the expense
of the people. They played a friendly game of golf and then dine on lobster, caviar and
good time dancing and telling jokes.
They are all having such a good time that before the Senator realizes it, it
is time to go. Everyone gives him a hearty farewell and waves while the elevator rises…
The elevator goes up, up, up and the door reopens in heaven where St. Peter is
waiting for him, "Now it's time to visit heaven.."
So, 24 hours passed with the Senator joining a group of contented souls moving
from cloud to cloud, playing the harp and singing. They have a good time and, before
he realizes it, the 24 hours have gone by and St. Peter returns.
"Well, then, you've spent a day in hell and another in heaven. Now choose your
eternity."
The Senator reflects for a minute, then he answers: "Well, I would never have
said it before, I mean heaven has been delightful, but I think I would be better
off in hell." So St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell..
Now the doors of the elevator open and he's in the middle of a barren land covered
with waste and garbage. He sees all his friends, dressed in rags, picking up the
trash and putting it in black bags as more trash falls from above.
The devil comes over to him and puts his arm around his shoulders.
"I don't understand," stammers the Senator. "Yesterday I was here and there was
a golf course and clubhouse, and we ate lobster and caviar, drank champagne, and
danced and had a great time. Now there's just a wasteland full of garbage and my
friends look miserable. What happened?"

I see a particular strategy here. He is on a bully pulpit with power. He weakens and wears down the masses by so many challenges…….
And in this process, offended Americans have a host of physiological symptoms from chemicals, brain re routing, adrenalin, obsession with defending ourselves, stress, etc. I wish there could be successful and organized effort to compile these physiological symptoms in order to file a class action law suit against O for violating our American existence. 1) It was a .22 caliber blank revolver which looked just like a real one. I carried it for protection while hiking in a wooded park. For over 2 years now Obama, most politicians and the majority of the media have demonized and marginalized the questioning and concerns about Obama and his ‘mystery’ birth certificate. You know, the one along with all his College and Passport records he has paid nearly $2,000,000 to hide.
I have interviewed a host of people the last two years who have sued Obama and had strong reason to believe he was not born in the US. These people include Phil Berg, http://www.obamacrimes.com and Alan Keys, former Ambassador to the UN. By now you and I have tracked the building case that Obama was born in Kenya. At http://www.obamacrimes.com we see signed affidavits from Obama’s Step Grandmother, two Pastors verifying this was so and statements on a US radio show from the former ambassador to Kenya, also verifying Obama was born there. It also came to our attention the various statements from members of Kenyon parliament also stating he was a ‘son of the soil’ and born in Kenya.
Even with all the endless pointing toward Kenya as a birth place we still have no conclusive proof of a long form birth certificate being produced anywhere. Instead we saw early on Hawaii and Obama release a ‘Certification of Live Birth.’ There were also announcements in two newspapers commenting on Obama’s birth. This document was the one Obama’s campaign released during his presidential race. Why not the real birth certificate? According to Hawaiian rules, the ‘Certification of live birth’ is given to those not born in the state.
Even with all the evidence pointing away from Hawaii it has been strangely quiet and sometimes hostile toward anyone looking at the sea of growing facts against Obama being born in Hawaii. I recall hearing more than a few put downs and insults from the big Talk show hosts on Fox and other shows.
Remember the story that Doug Hagmann http://www.homelandsecurity.us, and Judi McLeod, editor of canada free press broke with a published article and on my show? Doug reported that he was contacted by a top and recognizable host who reported anonymously that he/she had been threatened to avoid the Obama eligibility subject, even to address it in a balanced, pro and con manner. It was strictly off limits….or else their job, career and perhaps sponsors would be hurt in some way. As Judi and Doug continued to dig, they found many threats to folks working at networks and shows to avoid this subject or else. It doesn’t take rocket science to notice how quiet it has been in the media coverage in the face of growing concern in the polls, evidence mounting against Obama’s being born in Hawaii and simply a HUGE COVER UP.

Do you know that a year from now most of the presidential primaries might be over?
There is great turmoil going on in this country right now with more to come. But, there will be another election and the primary process is part of the show put on for public consumption. Make the American people believe they have some say in who will occupy the White House. Isn't it about time we take control over the presidential election?
The Democrats are playing a false game because Obama/Soetoro is not going to get ballot qualified in a large number of states either via legislation or lawsuits. I'm sure California and New York will ballot qualify him because the Democratic Party is 100% ethically bankrupt. That pathological liar has pulled off one of the greatest frauds this country has ever seen, but the shadow government king pins know they can't get away with it twice. There is yet another Obama/Soetoro citizenship case coming up for conference by the U.S. Supreme Court. Since standing was not an issue, perhaps things might be different this time around — especially if by some miracle, Kagan and Sotomayer are forced to recuse themselves. We shall see. Ideally, Obama/Soetoro should not only be removed via a Quo Warranto, but indicted and convicted for violation of 18 U.S.C. §1343, wire fraud. He solicited more than $600 million dollars in campaign funds knowing full well he was not eligible to run for that office. That would put him in prison for decades where he belongs for what he's done to deceive all Americans.
That was a mature presentation of the issues (sometimes when things are presented to be funny, I feel it weakens credibility). Balance of powers is obviously necessary . Also, the concept of bipartisanship seems to work against the strength of the balance of powers (power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely)..
