In order to permanently repeal this non-sense, the 16th amendment must be repealed by 2/3 of the Congress — change Congress and all will be repealed. It is very clear the problem gets resolved at the voting polls — every eligible and legitimate voter must cast votes against Odamo for ever conceiving and pushing through this horrendously costly law.
