A crying shame if you want a verdict that satisfies your claim then you buy a judge or a entire sequence of legal decisions, the truth has no bearing on the fact your claim is not factual or has the evidence to support it. In this case it is being done with taxpayer monies another in your face insult to the quest for a just ruling or in some cases pressure brought to bear for intimdating a correct ruling. I would like to see the complaints that launched fed agents to interrogate those who speak out in dissent against a administration fraught with corruption and willing to corrupt for more years to come and no investigation order yet….Re-Pare this government.
I don't know about anyone else, but I am getting really tired of these judges who claim they are going to rule on his eligibility, then at the last minute, they fold. Don't any of our judges have any balls, or are they all testosterone challenged?
Another proof that we are in the ."end days!" These points are stacking up, every day, it seems.
I am seriously beginning to believe that ALL branches of our government are corrupt. Please, someone prove me wrong!

I want to know what happens when it comes out that he is in fact not Eligible for the position? does that negate all the laws he already passed?
Simply SHOW the unadulterated original document and the problem is solved, unless you can't.
How many times have we heard this same story over the last 3 1/2 years? It's obvious that nobody in congress took their oath seriously. Vote them all out and set term limits for the new members.
I'm not expecting miracles here. Remember, the state of Georgia had a hearing, too, and it went exactly nowhere. Sooner or later we must come to the conclusion that we're stuck with the SOB until November and maybe even longer if he plays the hat trick and wins again. As long as our congress won't get off their boney backsides and do something honorable, don't expect the courts to pick up the slack. Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely.
What about the judge (I don’t remember what state) said Obama will have to suffer the consequences if he didn’t appear in court. Not only did he not show up, no one from the justice department showed up and absolutely nothing happened.
Replying to Gloria Wedemeyer: The judge was Georgia State Office of Administrative Hearings Judge Michael Malihi. Plaintiffs should have won a default judgment because neither defendant Obama nor any of his lawyers showed up or put on any evidence, and Plaintiffs put on a massive case against Obama with lots of evidence! But SOMEBODY put the squeeze on the judge because he backtracked totally and FOUND FOR OBAMA even though there was NO EVIDENCE from Obama, et al, whatsoever!!! Ridiculous decision. Somebody ought to report Judge Malihi to the Georga Commission on Judicial Conduct or to the Georga Bar Grievance Committee!
Hey lets not forget Indiana on June 12, Dr. Orly Taitz will be taking on Obama's eligibility, and she has demanded the microfilm from 1961, and the original long form document in his book of records, plus the microfiche the film was kept in, amongst the identifications of his aliases "Barry Soetoro and the other alias i cannot spell or pronounce but that woman is asking for something that there is practically no way they could forge the docs i love it!
