Sorry, the "Supreme Court" already decided in the WaterGate trial that the president doesn't have "executive privilege". Nixon claimed "executive privilege" over his own tapes, and it was over ruled by the "Supreme Court". Now 0bama wants to claim "executive privilege" over DOJ's tapes, it has already been decide he can't even claim "executive privilege" over his own tapes, much less the DOJ tapes (however if B0 admits he is complicit in Fast & Furious then it would make a little sense, but no cigar) it doesn't exist.
