This interview just proves that Louis Farrakhan knows absolutely nothing about the U.S. Constitution!! It was the Democrats who created the laws prohibiting African-Americans from being able to own Firearms to protect themselves and their families, until the Republican Party forced the 14th Amendment through Congress which put a stop to all the Democrat laws prohibiting African-Americans the same Rights and Privileges as everyone else.
As for the 2nd Amendment not allowing African-American men to participate in a "Well Regulated Militia" Farrakhan is way off the mark on that as well. The U.S. Supreme Court has had numerous cases in which they have stated that the Police, National Guard, and the Military are not what our Founding Fathers meant by a Well Regulated Militia but in fact stated that it referred to the pool of Able-Bodied men from the age of 18 to 50, made up of regular Civilians, and Occasionally a few Military members, that could be conscripted for the Public Defense of a Free State.
Louis Farrakhan and his ilk need to fade away, because they don't understand what was meant, but have tried to warp things into their own view of their Racial Hatred!!
