The former top elections official in the state of Indiana says Attorney General Eric Holder is ignoring a massive case of voter fraud conducted by the Obama and Clinton campaigns in 2008 election, although Holder has jurisdiction over the crime. Instead, the nation’s top cop has played the race card while the state’s election process remains as vulnerable as ever.
During the hotly contested 2008 Indiana Democratic primaries, hundreds or thousands of signatures were forged to get both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton on the ballot. Among the victims was the state’s former Governor Joe Kernan, a Democrat. The ongoing investigation has uncovered a web of fraud and deception engulfing Democratic Party officials associated with both camps.
Rep. Todd Rokita, R-IN, a former Indiana Secretary of State, told Fox News the next step: “What we have to do next is to involve the U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder.” However, Rokita said Holder has not responded to a letter he wrote requesting assistance.
“He’s putting people above the law,” the congressman said. “He’s putting his party, his boss, and his ideology above equal application of the law.”
St. Joseph County Prosecuting Attorney Mike Dvorak is investigating the fraud, but the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Indiana, David A. Capp, has refused. “The U.S. attorney does not investigate allegations of fraud in the submission of petitions by political parties for the placement of the names of candidates on the ballot for federal primary elections,” his office wrote in an October statement.
Congressman Rokita rejected Capp and Holder’s explanations. “There are federal crimes for interfering with a federal election, so he has jurisdiction,” he said. “They are turning their heads on this and the ACORN cases that I brought to them as Indiana Secretary of State.”
“We have got to make sure that we remain a country of laws, not a country of men.”
Instead of ensuring the validity of state elections, Eric Holder has opted to — wait for it! — play the race card. Yes, again. In an article for the Sunday New York Times Holder said the president’s more “extreme” critics attack Holder because they see it as “a way to get at the president because of the way I can be identified with him, both due to the nature of our relationship and, you know, the fact that we’re both African-American.”
Illinois Congressman Joe Walsh said Holder’s race-baiting has all the trappings of a Barack Obama campaign strategy. The president’s “silence, to me, tells me the president is complicit in this,” Walsh said. His Florida colleague, Rep. Allen West, agreed Holder’s comments were “reprehensible,” adding, ““I think this is absolutely the last card in the deck, and that shows how weak their ground is.”
Congressman Rokita said while Obama may not have qualified for the ballot in the Indiana primary, “that doesn’t mean he’s not qualified to be president for that reason.” He quickly added, “He’s not qualified to be president, because he’s dangerously incompetent. He believes in what’s proven to be throughout history a failed economic and political system.”

We are no longer a nation of laws, we haven't been for many, many years, and there is a reason why. That reason is WE THE PEOPLE! Going all the way back to 1912-13, our elected officials have been slowly, steadily and methodically been selling us out and destroying the United States, and we the people have been complacent, and our very INACTION has aided and abetted our own demise.
During my almost 67 years, I have noticed one glaring fact about the American people, they are "all talk and no action". What do I mean by this? If you go on-line and check out the various number of so-called "Patriot sites", you will see that all of their members talk-the-talk about taking back America and fighting for our rights and freedoms, yet not a single one of them has risen up to walk-the-walk. This has been going on for years now.
Oh sure, Americans are brave when it comes to fighting on foreign soil. We falsely tell ourselves that our soldiers are defending "OUR RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS" when they march off to fight in Vietnam, the gulf war, Iraq,etc., but what about standing up to the real enemies right here in our own country? We stubbornly tell ourselves that we are making a difference when we go to the polls even though the newly elected (from both political parties) end up screwing us even worse then those whom they are replacing, and all we do is continue to complain, refusing to to rise up and do what really needs to be done to rid our nation of the evil that has infested the United States of America.
Some of you think that our military will be on the side of We the People and will make things all right. Oh really? I have talked to enough enlisted men and women who have stated very clearly that if they are ordered to act against the American people (via Martial Law), they will obey what ever orders they are given, even if it means shooting us. Why? Because they have been taught and brainwashed into believing that they MUST obey every order of the Commander-in-Chief, no matter how unconstitutional, and we like sheep will go along with it. I have stated many times that at least since 1912-13, those on the right, have NEVER won anything through the ballot box or through the courts, and if we do, those rare and few between victories are very short lived. Today, our judicial system is so loaded and choked with blatantly unconstitutional laws, rules, regulations and statutes that have been put into place by the very members of Congress that we elect to represent us, and signed into law by our presidents from both parties, and then backed up the federal judges and Supreme Court Justices that have been nominated by those presidents and confirmed by our Senators. And we continue to just roll over belly up and go along with it.
Those of you commenting here and else where, who say, "its time that we the people take back our country from these treasonous politicians," or "If we can soon return to a true Republic I can only trust that our traitors will be appropriately held accountable," etc., how do you propose to accomplish it if nobody has the intestinal fortitude to rise up and do it?
