While I don't have anything against Gary Johnson, I don't know anything about him. I don't have anything against Libertarianism, either. As for the actors in the video, I do not see them as a threat per se. HOWEVER, Michael Moore and Moveon.org is wholly responsible for the content. They cannot use the excuse that it was for humor, artistic, or otherwise, because there was malice here. Direct threats to a presidential candidate was made who is protected under Title 18. It is clear that the threat is from Michael Moore and Moveon.org. This action was not what we would consider reasonable actions. Intent has been implied. See next post for the excerpt from Title 18 regarding threats. Romney is protected for two reasons. He is a major candidate AND he is protected by the Secret Service. Charges against Moore and Moveon.org can certainly be applied. As they colluded together for this film it could be argued that the RICO act could apply. (No, I'm not a lawyer)
