Absentee Ballots should only be aloud for those who are determined by a Medical Doctor to have a disability that would enable them to vote at their designated voting place, just as a Medical Doctor determines those who are disabled to receive Handicap signs for parking. The rest of us who want to vote badly enough will find away to get there, believe it!
