Now on to his statement…First, American Citizens CAN NOT own Fully Automatic Firearms unless they go through the Federal Permit Process to obtain this License, which requires them to jump through hundreds of hoops, and pay an Exorbitant amount of money for the Permit itself. Just this portion right here shows that Rangel has NO CLUE about the Second Amendment!! Millions of Children have been killed by "Assault Weapons" huh? Would you please state where you're getting this information…and Diane Feinstein doesn't count since we know she wants an Unarmed America. The only way this could even be considered truthful is if you include Children killed by Dictators and Third World Wanna be Dictator thugs…Millions of Children have not been killed in the U.S. by Assault Weapon you Political Hack!!
