I'm curious what's going to happen to those who don't have an income.
If I understand it correctly, we are all being forced to purchase health insurance. The insurance you buy must meet a minimum standard. If you don't purchase the insurance you are taxed/penalized, what ever they wish to call it, either close to $700 to start or 1% of your income. You can only get Medicaid (welfare) if you are a women with kids or pregnant. RESPONSIBLE people who don't breed indiscriminately won't be eligible. It seems illegal aliens will continue to receive their freebies as usual.
Anyone know what is to become of these people? With what money are they supposed to buy insurance and/or pay the fine that supports the welfare queens? Will they confiscate what few possessions you might have left to pay the tax?

I have thought about that one, Seeks, and it seems that I am one of those who is so poor that she “couldn’t buy an old setting hen”, as my mother used to say, about being broke. And, I dislike intensely, to be “FORCED” into anything. I do not “conform” easily, if at all. So if push comes to shove, I may well wind up in jail, because I refuse to buy something that won’t help me anyway. Plus, I did not ask for help from this baboon in office, nor do I want it. A matter of principal you see. If you’re going to stand for something, then stand, or go along with the crowd, and I have never “gone along” with anyone, or anything in my life, if I did not agree with it. I am a stubborn old hillbilly, and have deep roots in my convictions as to what is right and wrong, and this fouled up mess that this even more foul bunch of liars and thieves have tried to shove down our throats is the most offensive load of human excrement ever to be shoved upon the American people. We did not get the opportunity, nor chance, to have our full say in the matter, it was decided FOR us, and this is not the way of a REPUBLIC, this is the way of a COMMUNISTIC DICTATORSHIP! I'm with you disgusted. It'll be a cold day before I'll be forced to buy insurance or pay this tax. I'm going to continue as I have been. I'm old school myself. I want nothing I didn't earn, and then only pay cash. Troubles start once you start wanting more than you can afford. Reason why I have no debt. Mortgage, car, credit cards, none.
I believe this ruling just opened the door for real change. Obamacare will be eventually overturned. It has been ruled unconstitutional on it's merits. When they changed it to mean a tax, it validated oblameocare, but at the same time, made it without proper support of Congress.
How interesting the very component that can compel us to purchase insurance, is the same component that we can have it overturned on.
