The question should be, what is Mexico going to do about their problem, of their people being here. We are not responsible for them. We don't have the man power to deport a few hundred thousand that we arrest, but we have the man power to process a few million of them to give out green cards. The Dept. of homeland security should be defunded and shut down. This is truely the land of opportunity for hispanics. This country is like a candy store for them. I live in Tucson Az. and with our borders pretty much wide open, you can see the definite influx of hispanics coming in, not to mention the large amount of African muslins that have suddenly appeared here. The federal government refuses to enforce our laws. Instead of prosecuting, they catch and release. Hours after Az. ruled in favor of sb1070 the obama administration issued a directive telling homeland security to decline calls from Arizona. Further more, border patrol has been instructed if they encounter a shooter, they cannot shot back, instead they must run and hide, if cornered they can (as a last resort) get aggressive and throw things at the shooter, then call for law enforcement backup. Police, Border Patrol and ICE agents are being ordered to catch and release any illegal alien claiming to qualify or claiming to have a GED or any of the other Dream Act Amnesty ‘prequalifiers’! No actual proof is needed. All of the criteria Obama and DHS set forth for illegal aliens to possibly qualify for “deferred prosecution” or deportation is a farce!
