On August 8th, a pair of Republican conservative stalwarts went before a sub-committee of the Alabama GOP asking for their support in a proposed court suit challenging the legitimacy of Barack Hussein Obama to be President of the United States. Hugh McInnish and his lawyer Dean Johnson, both members of the state’s Republican Executive Committee, asked that the Party join with them in asking the court to issue an order to the Alabama Secretary of State requiring her to obtain from Obama a genuine birth certificate before putting his name on the ballot. Without such participation by the Party, it was unlikely that the court would hear the case owing to the petitioner’s lack of standing.
The sub-committee rejected the request by a vote of 9-to-7, with many of the leaders below the chairman voting yea.

It is amazing how everything seem to go for this illegal, has a smell of the anti-Christ? What isi the Republican trying to do to right th wrong done to out nation???
Nothing! They at least have not even given me the courtesy of a reply with the excdeption of Rep Ted Poe and Senator Hutchinson of Texas. They wholehardily accept the Hawaiin counterfiet certificate. I have written them repeatedly and they will no longer respond. I will remember each of them come election time. I hope that all other likewise patriotic Americans will do the same. If the people that we trusted to be true conservatives would have done their job, Obama wiould have already been removed from office. Instead, they have sat passively doing nothing while this DESPOT and his Communist allies have been destroying our country.
My thought is that the DNC has betrayed the American public by standing behind a false president and thus has crippled its own future, a result as such perfidy and betrayal should produce. The RNC has chosen to fall in behind the DNC in its betrayal and it too shall be extinguished. We as Americans have no choice now but to vote against the Communist, however after the election and the dust settles, there will be a period for re-evaluation to determine who will lead our government into the future. We are engaged and we must be fully engaged in a fight for the life of freedom – there is no room for apathy. There is no room for anger because its not your candidate. There is no room for more experimentation. Vote for Romney – then we can figure out how to get some honest Americans in office, but if you leave the Communist in office, you will forfeit all hope, for all of us.
Yes Edin – 1st things 1st – eliminate the POSER then reevaluate if either party deserves our support. Next year, I am looking at a True Constitutional party to rise up and take control.
They fear public sentiment. Because of persistent media demonization towards the South, they are afraid to do their jobs because "it might make Alabama look bad." We need leaders who are not afraid to do their jobs. Please send a big "thank you" to the 7 who stuck their necks out. If more don't take that risk, we may all get a good neck stretching.
GOP as bad as the Dems? If we don't need ID to vote then why should any candidate to any position be required to provide proof of their eligibility? Since people are not required to provide proof of citizenship to walk our streets or receive benefits, then why even have Birth Certificates?

Alabama, YES, EVERY STATE IN THE UNION EXCLUDING THE EXTA EIGHT MR. OBAMA CLAIMS TO HAVE VISITED, SHOULD MAKE IT A REQUIRMENT FOR EVERY CANDIDATE TO SHOW LEGAL PAPERS TO PROVE THAT THEY ARE AMERICAN CITIZENS, AND SO SHOULD EVERY VOTER.
IF THE LAW DOES NOT EXSIST NOW. EACH STATE SHOULD MAKE THAT LAW NOW. THAT IS ONE THING THE GOVERNMENT CAN NOT ORDER NOT TO HEPPEND. THE TENTH AMENDMENT MAKES IT VERY CLEAR.
