In the comment section of my recent article titled “Is this Obama’s end game?”, one comment stood out that has encouraged me to write this. The commenters name is Ernest Huber and it would appear that he is running for the United States congress from Washington state. Here is his bio.
This man has a very long list of credentials as well as military expirience. It is not my goal to endorse him or encourage people to vote for him. I am simply making the point that he is exactly the type of person that we need in Congress in order to turn this country around. We can only hope that whatever he has is catchy before November. Here are his comments:
Let’s be honest, Obama is a communist revolutionary and an enemy of the United States. [Proof]
After his election, Obama and his followers began incrementally overthrowing our government and installing a dictatorship. They must be immediately arrested and jailed by whatever means necessary for waging war against us. Mass impeachments, if necessary, can come later.
If Obama is still in office, my first order of business to get the ball rolling will be to call for the referring of the matter of Barack Obama to the House Judiciary Committee to investigate grounds for impeachment for, inter alia, failing to protect the States from invasion (Art. IV, sec. 4, U.S. Constitution), RICO violations, sedition, national security offenses, and other acts of treason.
If the massive Congressional and Executive corruption continues, my second order of business from the floor will be to call upon the Commanding General of the United States Army Military District of Washington to immediately execute arrest and search and seizure warrants on Barack Obama, his staff, and others; or, in the alternative, that they be confined as unlawful combatants. If necessary, a military tribunal determined by the Joint Chiefs of Staff should then serve as our interim Executive and employ special prosecutors until a new election is held.
If it’s illegal to directly overthrow our nation using armed insurgents, then it’s clearly illegal to indirectly overthrow our nation by massive fraud [Proof] and espionage using an unarmed insurgent President, his staff, and others. You can’t do indirectly what you’re prohibited from doing directly, even if you follow Rules for Radicals, smile, and do endless diversionary teleprompter propaganda and political indoctrination harangues. You can’t use the Constitution to destroy the Constitution. Most lawmaking is pointless until Obama and his gang are removed.
Based on insurgency histories, traffic analysis and threat assessments, there are in excess of 10,000 communist revolutionaries in the US who will be facing life in prison, and close to 1,000 facing capital punishment.
If Obama’s arrest and impeachment are unsuccessful, and as a last resort, I will assemble other Members of Congress, citizens, and militias, and proceed to the White House to implement the following foundational directive:
“But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.” (The Declaration of Independence)

Any one would be better than Obama
We want to know who is running for president, or take him off of the ballet
There is overwhelming evidence that Obama should not be on the ballet.
1.fraudulent birth certificate
2.sealed Social security information
3.sealed pass port records
4.sealed college records
We need to address this issue, and I am baffled as to why no one has the tactical fortitude to address this issue
I agree! I would like to see him put out of office before the election, but of course then we would probably face Hillary and I certainly don't want he either. I think she's almost as dangerous as Obama.
Hillary may be removed from office and in prison along with Obama, Holder and their minions before the election is held which may not take place at the usual time. Her crimes are numerous too and allowing her into the Oval Office would be a big No, No!!
While I'm at it, Mitt Romney is not fit for the Office of President either. All of the valid reasons are too many to get into here but America cannot allow Romney to be elected. We cannot continue to hold our noses and vote for the least worst Anti-American Criminal!! This anybody but Obama mentality will get us into deeper trouble than we have already!

My Response: I agree 1000% with you, however; you are aware that this illegal from Kenya is protected by a majority of Congress, Senate, Judiciary, Military, H. Clinton, Pelosi who arranged his scoial security, credit cards and other Fraudulent information, and Records, of who the aforementioned all are members. Tthe One World Order, now called the New Party, and of which these organisations are finnaced and supported by George Soros, Rockefeller Family, and the other Elitists Families of this Group. is taken down for Treason, many in his Cabinet, Czars, Representatives, Senators, Bankers and Media should go with him!! This is major serious and we have to push the issue of Obama's Removal From Office, not Impeachment. Impeachment will only give validity to Obama's Presidency and it's not valid
in any sense. He is an Illegal, Criminal Usurper who must be removed ASAP. The proof is all there and the sad part is that your Representatives and Senators have all the evidence they need to do the job but are refusing honor their own Oaths of Office which makes them complicit in all of Obama's crimes and evil deeds. They too must face a Severe Penalty, not just removal from office!!!
rayrmelc: I believe they are about to put him on the Ballot at the Democratic Copnvention. I think they waited until NOW, because of all the court cases over his LEGITIMACY. They kept saying, "He isn.t the Democrat Candidate YET!" One judge flat out told them, "HE IS the ONLY CANDIDATE on the BALLOT!"

These actions are exactly what is needed… I have tried to find attorneys, state and federal representatives, etc who will pursue these same actions but could find none. I am still trying.

If we don't vote for obama or Romney, then who should we vote for? Ron Paul will not get enough votes to be elected, so therefore each vote for him helps the democrats. Seems to me we are stuck with Romney for now. I don't agree with some of Romney"s ideas either, but four more years of what we have and our country will never be the same. You will never convince me that over half the country cannot see this. Polls are not true. They are meant for us to BELIEVE that is the way it is. Also, with Spain counting our votes, do you really think we have a chance of getting the person we want? These are OUR votes, in OUR country and should be counted by OUR people. Congress and senate are a sleep at the wheel, while our country derails. They should wake up and study our constitution and the oath they took when they were sworn in.
Just think… if EVERYONE who said or feels the same way you do DID vote for Ron Paul, he WOULD win.

The big word in your reply was, "if". Apparently we do have to vote for the lesser of two evils. The republicans failed to nominate a good candidate. just as they did last time. The way this administration gets away with all it does, makes me think that there are no good candidates. The senate, the congress and the judges have not said a word about all of the unconstitutional things that have been done. No one stands up for "WE THE PEOPLE" anymore.

I am 86 years old, and NO ONE tells me how to vote. Why is it that people can't answer civilly, but have to insult or throw in a barb to anyone who disagrees with them. I still say, not enough people are for Ron Paul that he could win an election. If by the time of the election, if I feel that he has a good chance to win, I may vote for him, but as of today, that isn't happening. One of the important things, is to get rid of what we have now.

Ron Paul has more support than you realize. Over 70% of Americans support him. While a majority supports him, they are afraid of losing their "safety net" so won't vote for him.
Ron Paul is for dismantling the Fed Reserve, for putting our Social Security money in OUR hands and changing other "entitlement" programs. This scares many who rely on the government for their living.
Speaks loud volume that the majority of our military back him. That's because he also feels other countries civil wars are none of our business, which they aren't.
My morals and values are not for sale. In my opinion, it doesn't matter who has a good chance to win. I'm voting for who I feel is best for America. Now if only everyone else did the same.
Romney/Obama, really doesn't matter who sits in the seat. Only major difference between them is with Romney we might have a couple years to make a change.

rose: First of all, I believe the Polls, are either rigged in the computer systems somehow, or , the obummer administration has some way of getting heaps of illegals and/or hispanics, onto computers to rig the vote that way.
Secondly, regarding the counting of the votes in Spain. I contacted one of my senators and asked him about that. His answer, "No, they wont be sent out of the country, they will be counted here!" So, either they are bringing people over from the company in Spain, that is owned by Soros, OR, this Senator is and out and out lying SOB.
Either way, I don't believe him.

As of today 8/1/12 – Romney is not the official candidate. The RNC rules have not been followed. Ron Paul could still be the Republican, true American Candidate! BELIEVE IT.

Does this mean that Western Center for Journalism, like Brietbart has, is saying they don't believe these facts about oblameo?
If the editor of WCJ wants to distance themselves from patriotic citizens who want to enforce our Constitution, then I must wonder what their ulterior motive is.
I don't want to put words in the editor' 'mouths, but I believe WCJ's tax-status prohibits enforsements of candidates and political parties. I believe the disclaimer is simply put out to avoid confusion and were the editors not in agreement with at least the sentiment of the piece, they would not have put it out in the first place.
I wish I could agree, but it's not that simple.

Some deal with the Democratic Party, the Republican Party, The Gay agenda and many others. Out of the first 10 viewable commentaries, this is the only one with the release.
You would think an article entitled "Democrats’ History Of Racism", accompanied with a large picture of the Klu Klux Klan, would SURELY have a disclaimer.

Ernest Huber, you are right on! That is the type of action that would make a difference. You are one brave person even to say these things, but, somebody has to say it and do it, if we are to survive. I only can hope and pray that someone in Congress will grow a pair, and actually act to set this type of proposal to action. Mr. Huber, you are a patriot. God Bless You!
