Study: U.S. Marshals Could Become Obama’s “Stability Police Force”

A study by the Rand Corp. within months of then-presidential candidate Barack Obama’s call for a “national civilian security force” that would be as big and as well-funded as the half-trillion dollar U.S. military confirms that there are several ways to create the suggested “Stability Police Force” so that it legally could operate inside the U.S. borders.

One of the top recommendations in the report was that the capacity and management operations of the U.S. Marshals Service be beefed up and handed the assignment.

“Given that it is unlikely that MPs [Military Police] would be permitted to perform civilian policing tasks in the United States, the Marshals Service, despite its capacity and management shortfalls, is the agency best suited to take on the SPF mission under the assumptions of this study.”

The study was released in 2009, only months after Obama made his presidential campaign call for a civilian force as big and as costly as the U.S. military.

In a speech in Colorado Springs, Obama said, “We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we set. We’ve got have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.”

WND reported when a copy of Obama’s Colorado Springs speech posted online apparently was edited to exclude Obama’s specific references to the new force…

The report discussed the possibility of creating a new agency inside the Department of Defense but noted, “It is unlikely that a military agency would be permitted to perform domestic policing functions … Because of this, the new agency would likely perform SPF functions better than the MP option due to a better ability to create a policing culture, but worse than the Marshals Service option due to the fact that it could not do policing tasks day-to-day.”

The report said the U.S. Secret Service also could be an option: “Much like the Marshals Service, the Secret Service focuses on law enforcement missions within the United States. When not deployed abroad, an SPF housed in the Secret Service could perform a wide range of domestic functions without running into legal barriers.”

A company official was unable to explain the study’s references to policing in the United States.

Lawsuit: Obama Deceived Nation About Birth Certificate

In an allegation that pushes the dispute over Barack Obama’s presidential eligibility to a new level, an affidavit prepared to accompany a criminal complaint over the “Certificate of Live Birth” released April 27 suggests there was a plan to mislead the American public, and it went as high as the Oval Office.

“What I believe you are looking at is a classic example of an attempt at plausible deniability,” wrote Doug Vogt, who has filed a criminal complaint that charges Obama’s birth record is forged.

Vogt, who describes himself as an expert in documents, typesetting, imaging, scanners and document imaging programs and has owned Archive Index Systems since 1993, referenced the widely broadcast White House event when officials, including then-White House Counsel Robert Bauer and Obama’s communications director Daniel Pfeiffer, released the purported Hawaiian “Certificate of Live Birth.”

“Everything that came out of the mouths of both these men and the president’s was carefully orchestrated and scripted. It also implies that the president’s contingency plan was that in case the forgery was detected, that one or both of them would take the blame,” Vogt concluded.

He said in the affidavit, a copy of which was obtained by WND, “The preponderance of evidence leads me to conclude that the Certificate of Live Birth the White House presented at the 8:48 a.m. news conference (on April 27) and not mentioned on television an hour later is a forgery.”

He continued, “A strong legal argument can be made that per U.S. Code Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Sec.1028(a)(2 and 4) Mr. Pfeiffer and Mr. Robert Bauer could have made themselves principles in the forgery. There is also the possibility that the director of the Department of Health in Hawaii knows much more about this forgery than she is telling. If it is later proven in federal court that this Certificate of Live Birth issued by the Department of Health is a forgery, then any and all personnel involved with the forgery, would also be principles in the forgery.

Subpoena Targets “1961 Typewritten Birth Certificate”

A subpoena has been served on officials in the Hawaii Department of Health and the state’s attorney general demanding access to the original “1961 typewritten birth certificate #10641 for Barack Obama.”

The attorney behind the case, Orly Taitz, told WND she is asking a court to compel compliance.

The California attorney contends the state’s “privacy” regulations should be ignored, as Obama already has released what the White House purported to be a copy of the document to the public.

She has developed a case in Washington, D.C., seeking the original application for Obama’s Social Security number, a document that could provide significant information about the president’s early life that relates to his eligibility.

U.S. District Court Chief Judge Royce Lamberth recently rejected a defense concern over procedure in the dispute. Taitz said that moved the case into the discovery phase, in which she can issue subpoenas to those holding documentation she is seeking.

WND previously has reported on the issue that Obama holds a Connecticut-based Social Security number despite allegedly being born in Hawaii, starting his work career in the Aloha State, and never having lived in Connecticut.

The first three digits of a Social Security number indicate the state of the applicant’s mailing address. Obama’s number begins with 042, which falls within Connecticut’s range of 040 through 049.

The national news media have been virtually silent on this potentially criminal fact.

Van Jones is Back!

The House Democratic Caucus hosted communist revolutionary-group founder Van Jones just one day before he spoke to a student group funded by billionaire George Soros.

“Why are Nancy Pelosi and the House Democrat Caucus seeking out Jones’ counsel?” asked Guy Harrison, executive director of the National Republican Congressional Committee, in a fundraising email yesterday.

“They say a person can be judged by the company they keep, and that holds true for the Democrat caucus as well,” Harrison wrote in a fundraising email.

In September 2009, Jones resigned as President Obama’s “green jobs” czar after it was exposed he founded the communist revolutionary organization Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement, or STORM. It was also reported he signed a statement that accused the Bush administration of possible involvement in the 9/11 attacks.

Jones was a featured speaker at a two-day national conference that began yesterday for a group that calls itself Campus Progress. Other speakers include former President Bill Clinton and Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn.

Campus Progress is a “project” of the Center for American Progress, or CAP, which is heavily bankrolled by Soros. CAP, reportedly highly influential in helping to craft White House policy, is led by John Podesta, who served as co-chairman of Obama’s presidential transition team.

Jones himself is a CAP fellow. On CAP’s board is Carol Browner, who directed the White House Office of Energy and Climate Change Policy until earlier this year.

When her appointment to the Obama administration was announced in January 2009, Browner was listed as one of 14 leaders of the Commission for a Sustainable World Society of Socialist International, the world’s largest socialist umbrella group. SI calls for “global governance” and a world socialist order.

Jones starting ‘anti-Tea Party’

As WND reported, Jones launched a new organization two weeks ago that seeks to counter the tea party while petitioning for a progressive agenda that includes “making Wall Street and the super-rich pay their fair share.”

The organization, dubbed “The American Dream Movement,” is partnered with a slew of radical groups funded by Soros.

WND was first to report the movement was introduced using subversive tactics, particularly a hoax Youtube video in which it appeared the ticker outside News Corporation’s Manhattan headquarters had been hacked and reprogrammed with an anti-Fox News script calling for revolution.
