Impeach Obama to Stop Socialist Takeover

President Obama has engaged in numerous high crimes and misdemeanors. The Democratic majority in Congress is in peril as Americans reject his agenda. Yet more must be done: Mr. Obama should be impeached.
He is slowly – piece by painful piece – erecting a socialist dictatorship. We are not there – yet. But he is putting America on that dangerous path. He is undermining our constitutional system of checks and balances; subverting democratic procedures and the rule of law; presiding over a corrupt, gangster regime; and assaulting the very pillars of traditional capitalism. Like Venezuela’s leftist strongman, Hugo Chavez, Mr. Obama is bent on imposing a revolution from above – one that is polarizing America along racial, political and ideological lines. Mr. Obama is the most divisive president since Richard Nixon. His policies are Balkanizing the country. It’s time for him to go.
He has abused his office and violated his oath to uphold the Constitution. His health care overhaul was rammed through Congress. It was – and remains – opposed by a majority of the people. It could only be passed through bribery and political intimidation. The Louisiana Purchase, the Cornhusker Kickback, the $5 billion Medicaid set-aside for Florida Sen. Bill Nelson – taxpayer money was used as a virtual slush fund to buy swing votes. Moreover, the law is blatantly unconstitutional: The federal government does not have the right to coerce every citizen to purchase a good or service. This is not in the Constitution, and it represents an unprecedented expansion of power.
Yet Obamacare’s most pernicious aspect is its federal funding of abortion. Pro-lifers are now compelled to have their tax dollars used to subsidize insurance plans that allow for the murder of unborn children. This is more than state-sanctioned infanticide. It violates the conscience rights of religious citizens. Traditionalists – evangelicals, Catholics, Baptists, Muslims, Orthodox Jews – have been made complicit in an abomination that goes against their deepest religious values. As the law is implemented (as in Pennsylvania) the consequences of the abortion provisions will become increasingly apparent. The result will be a cultural civil war. Pro-lifers will become deeply alienated from society; among many, a secession of the heart is taking place.
Mr. Obama is waging a frontal assault on property rights. The BP oil spill is a case in point. BP clearly is responsible for the spill and its massive economic and environmental damage to the Gulf. There is a legal process for claims to be adjudicated, but Mr. Obama has behaved more like Mr. Chavez or Russia’s Vladimir Putin: He has bullied BP into setting up a $20 billion compensation fund administered by an Obama appointee. In other words, the assets of a private company are to be raided to serve a political agenda. Billions will be dispensed arbitrarily in compensation to oil-spill victims – much of it to Democratic constituents. This is cronyism and creeping authoritarianism.
Mr. Obama’s multicultural socialism seeks to eradicate traditional America. He has created a command-and-control health care system. He has essentially nationalized the big banks, the financial sector, the automakers and the student loan industry. He next wants to pass “cap-and-trade,” which would bring industry and manufacturing under the heel of big government. The state is intervening in every aspect of American life – beyond its constitutionally delegated bounds. Under Mr. Obama, the Constitution has become a meaningless scrap of paper.
To provide the shock troops for his socialist takeover, Mr. Obama calls for “comprehensive immigration reform” – granting amnesty to 12 million to 20 million illegal aliens. This would forge a permanent Democratic electoral majority. It would sound the death knell for our national sovereignty. Amnesty rewards lawlessness and criminal behavior; it signifies the surrender of our porous southern border to a massive illegal invasion. It means the death of American nationhood. We will no longer be a country, but the colony of a global socialist empire.

The author explains that the Founding Fathers enshrined the impeachment clause into the United States Constitution because they feared that a president intent on subverting the very principles upon which the American experiment was built would someday rise to power.
“Despite all the checks and balances and obstacles they put in place, the Founders knew a determined cabal could still gain control of all three branches of government and wield this consolidation of power to dismantle our cherished constitutional principles, and eradicate the freedoms that generations of Americans sacrificed their lives to preserve,” he writes.

Americans don’t have a problem with building a mosque and allowing Muslims to worship as any other may here in America. What they do have a problem is when a mosque is built by Islamic Supremecists, with foreign funding and by an Imam with ties to Hamas.

Will Clinton’s Sestak Denial Re-Open Calls for Impeachment?

The last impeached president has denied he helped another president commit an impeachable offense.
While stumping for Joe Sestak in Pennsylvania, Bill Clinton denied offering Sestak an unpaid government position as an enticement to suspend his successful primary challenge against Arlen Specter.
Clinton can be seen on a recent video stating three times that he made no such efforts. (See below.) “I didn’t try to get him out of the race,” Clinton said. “In fact, I wasn’t even accused of that.”

Robert Gibbs Has Declared War on Everyone

We in the conservative movement are used to having the words of Robert Gibbs lobbed at us like grenades on a battlefield.
Gibbs has called conservatives "crazy." He has called us "birthers." He has said, "I’m almost positive that no argument is somehow going to dissuade [them]."
But now he isn’t firing only at conservatives. His utter frustration in the job has him targeting his guns at the Left. He even used the same word in describing the left-wing critics of Obama. He called them "crazy."
In an interview with The Hill newspaper, Gibbs said of attacks on the administration from liberal Democrats: "I hear these people saying he’s like George Bush. Those people ought to be drug tested," Gibbs said. "I mean, it’s crazy."
Obama’s press secretary wasn’t through. He went on to dismiss the "professional Left" saying, "They will be satisfied when we have Canadian healthcare and we’ve eliminated the Pentagon. That’s not reality."
Ironically, we have wanted these same critics of George W. Bush drug tested for years. Finally, Robert Gibbs and we share some common ground.
Seriously, his behavior is paranoid. Webster’s defines paranoid as "characterized by suspiciousness, persecutory trends, or megalomania."
This pretty much captures the modus operandi of the Obama administration: never talk about your opponents’ arguments, just demonize them.
As the popularity of the "Messiah-in-Chief" continues to fall, White House staff is getting desperate to defend itself. They are lashing out at more people and voting groups. This is not the healthiest reaction when the country is teetering on the brink of a depression and mired in an endless war. Charges of incompetence made by radicals on the Left or us conservatives on the Right are accurate and appropriate.
Gibbs’ statements were quickly ripped to shreds by the left-wing blogs.
Glenn Greenwald at Salon called the comments, "one of the most petulant, self-pitying outbursts seen from a top political official in recent memory, half derived from a paranoid Richard Nixon rant and the other half from a Sean Hannity/Sarah Palin caricature of The Far Left."
Chris Bowers of the OpenLeft blog responded in a post headlined "Dear swing voters, you suck. Love, The White House." He wrote, "If the White House really doesn’t think it has any problems among self-identified liberals or progressives, and that all the complaints are coming from a grasstop elite, it needs to look at the data again."
All I have to say to these new left-wing opponents of Obama is, “Welcome to the cause.” I’m glad you agree with us now. Why don’t you join us in the impeachment effort, so we can end this nightmare called the Obama administration a few years early.

Impeachment of the current occupant of the White House is the fastest growing idea in America, today. Each passing day brings new and powerful voices of support. Americans have sat frustrated and helpless for nearly two years, watching the Usurper and his unindicted co-conspirators in his administration and the Democrat Party, destroy the country and shred the Constitution, feeling powerless to do anything to stop it. More importantly, his petition to impeach the Great Prevaricator has gone over the million signature mark. Think about it: over a million Americans, taking a public stance, stating loud and clear that they want Obama impeached for his high crimes and misdemeanors. Now. He has hard copy petitions, too, that you can download and go out and collect signatures on, yourself.

I publish for the purpose of informing people, and by forwarding, quoting and otherwise spreading the message, you are helping the cause. Dear Cajun,
Presidents are not impeached by signatures. The purpose of gathering the signatures is to demonstrate public support so we can make the case to Members of Congress to introduce Articles of Impeachment. I am currently working hard to find a Congressman or woman who will have the courage to file the articles that have been drafted by our legal team. None have agreed to do it yet.
Also, a successful campaign for impeachment will take at least a year because the makeup of Congress must change if we are going to have the necessary votes to impeach. Right now, we are building toward impeachment in 2011 after we elect a pro-impeachment majority in Congress.
As for the number of signatures collected, currently we have collected 150,000 validated signatures. We collect signatures both online and directly through the mail. 105,000 petitions have been collected online and 45,000 have been directly signed.
As for Pelosi and Reid, if we change Congress, they will be of greatly diminished importance. A bigger problem is Joseph Biden. He will become President if he is not impeached along with Barack Hussein Obama. But if we have commanding majorities in both houses of Congress, we can impeach them both and appoint a caretaker President like Gerald Ford was, until the next general elections.

My salutation is not a reflection of my feeling about the material I present; it is a reflection of how I feel about the Patriots who have stood with us, calling for impeachment. I believe the people that I communicate with are the most informed, dedicated and American loving people on earth. I deeply respect and appreciate everyone who takes the time to sign our petition, pass a petition on to others, or even listens to our arguments in favor of impeachment.
We are making progress. I am very pleased that we are ahead of all the goals we set for the collection of petitions. I am traveling to Washington DC this month to meet with Members of Congress to request their support in person. We also have the impeachment truck preparing to tour the country.
With almost every passing day we have new reasons to remove this inexperienced, bumbling, leftist radical from the presidency. Barack Hussein Obama has become a collective embarrassment and the best way to handle this problem is using the tool given to us by the Founding Fathers. That tool is impeachment.

Senate and Obama ignore the Constitution to Socialize Healthcare
In an outrageous example of the abuse of near dictatorial power, the leader of the United States Senate, Harry Reid, forced a vote on nationalized health care. With total disregard for the will of the people and turning a blind eye to the United States Constitution, Reid sought passage for this bill by corrupting the legislative system.

"This process is not legislation. This process is corruption," said Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Oklahoma, referring to the last-minute blitz of dirty deal making that enabled Obama to lock in the 60 votes needed to pass the bill.
The final hold out was Nebraska Sen. Ben Nelson. But he hit the jackpot when they bought his yes vote, scoring $45 million to completely cover Nebraska’s Medicaid bill every year into the indefinite future.
Clearly this deal violates Article 1 Section 9 part 6 of the Constitution which says: “No preference shall be given by any Regulation of Commerce or Revenue to the Ports of one state over another…” and Article 4 Section 2 which says: “The Citizens of each state shall be entitled to all the Privileges and Immunities of the Citizens in the several states.”
Citizens of Nebraska will now have state medical bills, other states must pay, funded courtesy of the United States government (meaning you and me.) Nebraskans are clearly receiving a special privilege. According to this monstrosity, they are more equal than other Americans.
Sitting on high, the President encouraged this corrupt, ugly spectacle. Not only that, he broke the vow he took to uphold the US Constitution as he raised his hand and recited his oath of office.
While we all sleep, the U.S. Senate is stripping us of our freedom. Clearly the time for impeachment is at hand. Reid and Pelosi deserve to be removed right along with Obama.
All these outrages only fuel our efforts. The citizenry is in full revolt.
I am proud that our campaign for impeachment is growing stronger by the hour. We have surpassed 100,000 signatures and are fast approaching 125,000 signatures. This movement cannot be stopped by the corrupt deals in Washington. We will succeed, and the socialist dreams of our president will end on the ash heap of history.
