A subpoena has been served on officials in the Hawaii Department of Health and the state’s attorney general demanding access to the original “1961 typewritten birth certificate #10641 for Barack Obama.”
The attorney behind the case, Orly Taitz, told WND she is asking a court to compel compliance.
The California attorney contends the state’s “privacy” regulations should be ignored, as Obama already has released what the White House purported to be a copy of the document to the public.
She has developed a case in Washington, D.C., seeking the original application for Obama’s Social Security number, a document that could provide significant information about the president’s early life that relates to his eligibility.
U.S. District Court Chief Judge Royce Lamberth recently rejected a defense concern over procedure in the dispute. Taitz said that moved the case into the discovery phase, in which she can issue subpoenas to those holding documentation she is seeking.
WND previously has reported on the issue that Obama holds a Connecticut-based Social Security number despite allegedly being born in Hawaii, starting his work career in the Aloha State, and never having lived in Connecticut.
The first three digits of a Social Security number indicate the state of the applicant’s mailing address. Obama’s number begins with 042, which falls within Connecticut’s range of 040 through 049.
The national news media have been virtually silent on this potentially criminal fact.

Fact is though that the president has committed many crimes that would or should have put him in prison and get him impeached many times over but the fake birth certificate should make it a slam dunk, providing that someone will admit that they know that it is fake.
What really is bothersome and tragic is that so many know these things but are afraid to speak out because the first one always gets the bullet, so to speak and no one wants to be first.
Fact number two is that the president couldn't have pulled this off by himself and needed plenty of help. These folks will be discovered, sooner or later if not already and when the shit hits the fan we will need to build a bigger prison to fit them all in.
Starting with the White House and Congress, working our way through Obama's cabinet and scouring the main stream complicit media will be a momentous undertaking and as you can see it will take some doing to get it done.
I think that most everyone knows that the president is a fraud and needs to be removed from office before he destroys the country, but given how involved that the media and Congress is and are up to their ears in the farce, makes it problematic because you need Congress as the instrument to investigate both the White House and Congress.
Then to top it all off, you also need the media to cover how the media was completely complicate in the farce from the very beginning.
It would seem that the remaining question is; who is going to take on the Herculean job of cleaning up this mess?
Will we have to give Congress an amnesty to get them to clean up the white house and the justice department?

It is not that difficult to track where your social security number was issued and where you were living at the time it was issued. I just recently went to the SSA to get a name change on my social security card and they were able to tell me the date the card was first issued, the State where it was issued, and the address to which it was mailed. It was amazing to find out the information the SSA has in their computers.

Great question and I have tried…many times! The letters and documentation I have sent along to my elected representative have been completely ignored. At best I get a letter that has the tone, "Dear Dumba$$, Please don't concern yourself with things you do not understand. We know what we are doing up here and you should just relax and let us run the show. Thanks for contacting my office."
