A study by the Rand Corp. within months of then-presidential candidate Barack Obama’s call for a “national civilian security force” that would be as big and as well-funded as the half-trillion dollar U.S. military confirms that there are several ways to create the suggested “Stability Police Force” so that it legally could operate inside the U.S. borders.
One of the top recommendations in the report was that the capacity and management operations of the U.S. Marshals Service be beefed up and handed the assignment.
“Given that it is unlikely that MPs [Military Police] would be permitted to perform civilian policing tasks in the United States, the Marshals Service, despite its capacity and management shortfalls, is the agency best suited to take on the SPF mission under the assumptions of this study.”
The study was released in 2009, only months after Obama made his presidential campaign call for a civilian force as big and as costly as the U.S. military.
In a speech in Colorado Springs, Obama said, “We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we set. We’ve got have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.”
WND reported when a copy of Obama’s Colorado Springs speech posted online apparently was edited to exclude Obama’s specific references to the new force…
The report discussed the possibility of creating a new agency inside the Department of Defense but noted, “It is unlikely that a military agency would be permitted to perform domestic policing functions … Because of this, the new agency would likely perform SPF functions better than the MP option due to a better ability to create a policing culture, but worse than the Marshals Service option due to the fact that it could not do policing tasks day-to-day.”
The report said the U.S. Secret Service also could be an option: “Much like the Marshals Service, the Secret Service focuses on law enforcement missions within the United States. When not deployed abroad, an SPF housed in the Secret Service could perform a wide range of domestic functions without running into legal barriers.”
A company official was unable to explain the study’s references to policing in the United States.

This makes you wonder why they are shrinking the military, and cutting the budget for defense. We have no idea what is going on behind closed doors. So much for putting everything on c span so the public will not what they are doing.
Getting around the military prohibitions by calling it a Corps, personally staffed by Obama appointments, and commanded by the CZAR of Obamacare, all with no congressional oversight .

IT’S COMING PEOPLE…BIG BROTHER is surely going to be your Big Brother keeping watch over you and keeping us inline while King Obama carries out his agenda and upsurption. Little by little in order to keep masses at bay, he will do as he pleases. It’s like the frog in the pot of water slowly heating so there is hardly any notice.
With his police force ready to calm protests as they break out here and there. Of course, if they were to break out everywhere at once, then his plan would probably fail but that’s not likely to be the case. He will take us on in little spurts as they erupt. We have no organized plan to defeat the regime.
I was told when I was young, that the way a government, ours, could take over, was by taking one small right away at a time. Over the years, I have watched this happen. One little right at a time taken, and the approval of many to speed it along, never considering that it could be THEIR little right taken the next time. I am talking about the government telling us what to breathe, what to eat, how to eat it, and where and when to eat it. Down to watching our kids in school, and what they eat. The cameras in the lunch room in Texas for instance, to see how many calories our children are eating at school……….what’s next folks? And are we going to sit on our sit-upons and allow it to happen one thing at a time? We are not UNITED, as a people, so this would be fairly easy right now. And as much as I depise this muSLIME in office, I have to say that he is not stupid, certianly not as stupid as the idiots who put him where he is today! We do not need a civilian force and obama should not be allowed to build one. This is dangerous and the very fact that obama is pushing for it should tell people that he wants to be a dictator. Obama wants someone to haul in people who have been disagreeing with the government. He figures he could use even MORE militarized cops. The Founders warned us not to create a standing military and told us why. They told us what the Second Amendment was for and said clearly to protect it; this is why it was made so simple, so clear: "…shall not be infringed". With assassinations and the threat of them the Rothschilds forced their Central Bank on American, an in four year they bankrupted the country, closed down the legitimate government created a corporation they owned with the same name as the country, and it has been masquerading as our government since while it was used to destroy our rights, shred the Constitution and impoverish us all. Now they're ready to finish the country off, using their tool: Barak Obama, and because the other candidate approved of officially is such an insane right-winger people are INSISTING that at least Obama hasn't destroyed the country as Romney would. No, he'd destroy it his OWN way.

A write-in candidate is the only possible chance, and Ron Paul, with whom I do NOT agree on a great many things, is the only one enough people could agree on. I suspect he might not live long enough to take the Oath of Service, but that at least would make it clear where we are! We are down to the wire, folks.
