Sestak White House scandal called ‘impeachable offense’

If a Democratic member of Congress is to be believed, there’s someone in the Obama administration who has committed a crime – and if the president knew about it, analysts say it could be grounds for impeachment.
"This scandal could be enormous," said Dick Morris, a former White House adviser to President Bill Clinton, on the Fox News Sean Hannity show last night. "It’s Valerie Plame only 10 times bigger, because it’s illegal and Joe Sestak is either lying or the White House committed a crime.
"Obviously, the offer of a significant job in the White House could not be made unless it was by Rahm Emanuel or cleared with Rahm Emanuel," he said. If the job offer was high enough that it also had Obama’s apppoval, "that is a high crime and misdemeanor."
"In other words, an impeachable offense?" Hannity asked.
"Absolutely," said Morris.
The controversy revolves around an oft-repeated statement by Rep. Sestak, D-Pa., that he had been offered a job by the Obama administration in exchange for dropping out of the senatorial primary against Obama supporter Sen. Arlen Specter.
Sestak said he refused the offer. He continued in the Senate primary and defeated Specter for the Democratic nomination.
But Karl Rove, longtime White House adviser to President George W. Bush, said the charge is explosive because of federal law.
"This is a pretty extraordinary charge: ‘They tried to bribe me out of the race by offering me a job,’" he said on Greta Van Susteran’s "On the Record" program on the Fox News Channel. "Look, that’s a violation of the federal code: 18 USC 600 says that a federal official cannot promise employment, a job in the federal government, in return for a political act.

With all the stuff that Obama is doing plus his ineligibility as president, which according to what I have read everyone knows about and his propensity to ride right over the constitution … will eveyone stop talking about doing something and move to do it and rid the country of this nightmare presidency.This man is our enemy and if Congress won't do something about it then we have to assume that you are in agreement with him … are you listening….do your job…. as it stands now I think all of you are a bunch of traitors….
The Sestak thing will NEVER be exposed. They will get to him and he will either throw himself under the bus…..or be thrown under the bus literally. I can hear it now…..Sestak "in reviewing the tapes of my discussion with President Obama I totally misunderstood his intentions and the meaning of his offer. For this I deeply apologize to the President and to the American people." Then after he loses the election to Toomey he will start his nice new job in DC. Of course we will wait an appropriate amount of time before moving to DC…..wouldn't want to make what happened obvious to the public. If he had any guts at all he would have already dropped a dime and had our criminal President and his cronies on the fence hung out to dry. Obama has alreayd committed several offenses that he could be impeached for and there is not a single person with spine enough to do it.
Please remember: impeachment is only the beginning. Because of the fiscally ruinous legislation that the President has signed into law (especially the health-care so-called "reform"), it remains imperative once he is dislodged from office (and hopefully imprisoned) to pursue his birth/national origin, because in order to complete the job we also need to invalidate everything that he signed into law (preferably on the grounds that he was never eligible to sign it in the first place). There's even more work to do: to the best extent achievable, we need to recapture every penny of the wealth that he has "redistributed" and restore it to its rightful owner. That's still only the beginning. We need to scout out each and every person who concealed knowledge of Obama's crimes, and not to stop until each and every one is prosecuted to the maximum legal extent. Even if all of this can be accomplished, one more provision is necessary for our national security: a Constitutional amendment forbidding any spouse or ex-spouse of a President or former President from running for President.
I totally agree with the fact that Mr. Obama has been less than truthful with the American people. The sad fact is if he is allowed to get away with remaining in the presidency without proving his legal citizenship and snubbing his nose at our Constitution…the BASIC LAW of Our LAND…then others in the future are going to be able to get away with it and this country will go down the tubes faster and faster. The AMERICA that as we once knew it is “gone”…and it’s sad that our children and grandchildren will never know what a truly “great” country this once was. We, as a solidified people, MUST stand together and take back our country before it’s too late. The only way we can do this is to VOTE OUT those spineless Legislators currently in office and start with a “fresh slate”…and pray that they have not become corrupted by the poor leadership we’ve had so far.

If the "sting victim" (Obama) has so many (impeachment-anxious) bees seeking simultaneously to "sting" him that he can't even decide which one to swat first, nearly all the bees will escape from any swats that are forthcoming. Therefore, let's strive for UNANIMOUS demand for impeachment!
Oh, YES, I say AMEN and AMEN to the unanimous demand for impeachment of Obamanation and also undoing everything the Dims are destroying our country with. A new, conservative Congress ought to be able to help with that! Let's clean House! TAKE YOUR COUNTRY BACK AMERICA. We will remember in November!

We have another opporunity at our fingertips. Dr. Manning held a Citizen’s trial in Harlem two weeks ago. Obama and Chicago University were accused of 17 different violations. They were found guilty on all counts by a Citizens’ jury. This is a legal 10th amendment proceeding which Americans have forgotten that we have a constitutional right to use.

We need to demand together that an investigation be started and Obama be impeached. WE HAVE THE AMUNITION. Now we just have to round up enough people who are willing to use it.

Sestack will NOT defeat Pat Toomey; and id Sestack was offered a presidential cabinet position of Secretary of the Navy, that could only be authorized by the illegal alien, who is currently impostering OUR president.
The law clearly states, specifically that that is an impeachable offense.
Bill Clinton redefined dictionary words; and lied to a Federal Grand Jury, after taking an oath to preseve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States; and walked away unscathed, after being impeached by the House; but not by the spineless Senate.
IF Sestack is telling the truth, the Kenyan presidential imposter should be subject to all of the same laws that "WE THE PEOPLE" are willingly abiding by.

The Pelosi thing is a very big part of why I keep on saying that the job (after impeachment and expulsion from office) is not done until each and every person who knowingly shielded Obama from the consequences of his crimes is prosecuted to the maximum degree permissible under law. Let's smoke the cockroaches out until each and every one of them is out in the open, sparing none. It might even be a good idea to start openly promoting this plan right now, so that the fear of God motivates anyone in Congress who is marginally lacking in courage to go ahead and do the right thing, even if only to save his own sorry butt.

When Clinton screwed one intern (What's the definition of "screwed"? Maybe he didn't to quite that far?), I thought he was a monster and immediately renounced the ways of the Devil and became a Republican. Still today, my conviction that Clinton was a monster has not faded one iota. The supreme court better get the healthcare case in fast before the "broken up" ACORN workers get too comfortable with those 16,000 new IRS jobs. If the insurance mandate is ruled unconstitutional as it is, they will have to lay off the 16,000 ACORN/IRS employees and they will probably get together with the SEIU (got to be some of the IRS jobs in there too for them) workers and start riots all over the country. Question, how did the Obama administration come up with that figure of 16,000? Unless they had a head count of how many people that are going to be out of work between the break up of ACORN and unemployed SEIU workers?
