In an outrageous example of the abuse of near dictatorial power, the leader of the United States Senate, Harry Reid, forced a vote on nationalized health care. With total disregard for the will of the people and turning a blind eye to the United States Constitution, Reid sought passage for this bill by corrupting the legislative system.

"This process is not legislation. This process is corruption," said Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Oklahoma, referring to the last-minute blitz of dirty deal making that enabled Obama to lock in the 60 votes needed to pass the bill.
The final hold out was Nebraska Sen. Ben Nelson. But he hit the jackpot when they bought his yes vote, scoring $45 million to completely cover Nebraska’s Medicaid bill every year into the indefinite future.
Clearly this deal violates Article 1 Section 9 part 6 of the Constitution which says: “No preference shall be given by any Regulation of Commerce or Revenue to the Ports of one state over another…” and Article 4 Section 2 which says: “The Citizens of each state shall be entitled to all the Privileges and Immunities of the Citizens in the several states.”
Citizens of Nebraska will now have state medical bills, other states must pay, funded courtesy of the United States government (meaning you and me.) Nebraskans are clearly receiving a special privilege. According to this monstrosity, they are more equal than other Americans.
Sitting on high, the President encouraged this corrupt, ugly spectacle. Not only that, he broke the vow he took to uphold the US Constitution as he raised his hand and recited his oath of office.
While we all sleep, the U.S. Senate is stripping us of our freedom. Clearly the time for impeachment is at hand. Reid and Pelosi deserve to be removed right along with Obama.
All these outrages only fuel our efforts. The citizenry is in full revolt.

However, in our free society, government has no place in making laws such as health care that bind the rest of the population. I am not sure what insurance companies you are referring to. I have had many health problems in the past 7 years and have never been turned down by my insurance company for any tests or procedures. They paid over $18,000 for my radiation treatments for prostate cancer and many other medical bills during that time. Because of the good medical care I have received I am now cancer free and enjoying feeling very well.

It's a matter of removing every one in the House and Senate starting in 2010. Obama's records need to be forced opened and revealed to the public and the world. Everything he's done since he took oath of office would be made null and void including Biden's election as VP. We would be looking at a totally clean slate.
I, for one, would like to see my state secede along with Texas and several others. I want government out of my life, my family, my business, and my faith. What is it going to take people? You have not seen enough of this from the House and Senate not to mention the President? This is well within our power and rights as legal citizens of the United States.
As to God and Country, I submit this. Amendment 1 of the Amendments to the Constitution states: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free excercise there of; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
Now most of us have a Constitution, Ammendments, and Bill of Rights in our possession. If not, we cerrtainly have access to those documents. Surely, if we are capable of reading, we can do so and if not, we can have someone read these documents out loud so we might know what is says.
Our Constitution has been violated as have our Amendments. How much talk will we suffer as our elected officials convene behind closed doors and make more policies we have shown multiple times that we are against? At what point do we take responsibility and act to defend our rights?
It is time as Christians to stand and fight the good fight. The only way to stop this kind of behavior is to eliminate it and it has come to that. They are intentionally attacking the innocence of our country. Who's side do you think God will be on? We can and should bring down his wrath on their heads. Whether the Senate vote on health care is good or bad for this country, you should understand the difference between Socialized medicine and partial directed heath care by the Government. I have one question, if this bill that is about to be passed( God help us all) is unconstitutional as I do believe it is, how and why did it get this far? The one fallacy in the current election regulations is the inability to recall those we place in office who choose to go their own way rather than the what the majority people want.

Here’s a thought term limits for all congressman 2 for Senators 3 for Represntatives. In 2010 any incumbant regardless of party is to be voted out. The good ones will return the bad ones not so much.
