HOUSTON (AP) — Republican Mitt Romney will tell black voters during a speech to the NAACP that backing him for president is in the best interest of their families.
The presumptive GOP nominee on Wednesday will tell the civil rights organization’s annual convention in Houston that his economic plans will lift people out of poverty and help keep people from becoming poor.

All I have to say is Romney has a pair of brass balls going into the enemy camp.He knew those Jigs would be against him.I wonder if he will speak at na KKK convention the whiteversion of the NAACP.
I hope he speaks at a KKK camp, and I hope it is in a little, tiny town next to my own! I’d go to that one for sure! Because I have been branded a racist, I may as well join others like my white self. I can no more help what race I was born than the Jigs can. I have accepted this title, and since I can’t do much about it, why not? I have only one problem with the KKK, and that is their hatred of the Jewish people. No, I am not Jewish, but I support Israel, and the Jewish nation. To do otherwise would be too much like the filthy mu SLIMES, whom I despise with every fiber of my being. But other than that one thing, I have come to almost “like” the KKK! And that is a real shame too, because I never wanted to be what I am today, a racist. I do not, or never did until lately, dislike anyone for the color of their skin. It just seemed wrong somehow, but how else does one react in today’s world, except to be on the side of their beleifs and convictions?
