Testimony Sought of “Custodian of Records” AND Production of all records relating to President
Decision to be made by Army Major General
Washington, D.C., July 29, 2010. The Army doctor who is facing a court martial for refusing to obey orders, including a deployment order for his second tour of duty in Afghanistan, has formally requested his Commanding General approve a deposition in Hawaii of the records-keeper of the State Department of Health—and the production of all of their records concerning Barack Obama.
The records Lakin seeks have been the subject of intense interest ever since the closing days of the 2008 presidential campaign when a document appeared on the internet purporting to be a certification that Hawaii’s Dept. of Health had records showing he had been born in Honolulu. Since then, Dr. Chiyome Fukino the head of that agency has made public statements on the subject, but has refused all requests for copies of the actual records in the Department’s custody. Recently, a former Hawaii elections clerk has come forward saying that he was told that the Department’s records showed Obama was NOT born in Hawaii.
The United States Constitution requires that a person be a “natural born citizen” to be elected to the presidency. If Mr. Obama was not born in Honolulu as he has claimed, then he is unlikely to be a “natural born citizen”. An examination of the records kept by the Hawaii Dept. of Health are an essential first step in ascertaining Mr. Obama’s constitutional eligibility to hold the office to which he was elected in 2008.
While no civil litigant has obtained discovery of these records, and all the civil lawsuits seeking those records have been dismissed on procedural grounds, Lakin’s case is different because he is the subject of criminal prosecution, and upon conviction stands in jeopardy of being sentenced to years at hard labor in the penitentiary.
Lakin’s request was submitted by his counsel to the Commanding General of the Military District of Washington, Major General Karl R. Horst, under Rule 702(b) of the Rules for Courts-Martial, which provides that “A convening authority who has the charges for disposition or, after referral, the convening authority or the military judge may order that a deposition be taken on request of a party.”
Lakin’s civilian attorney has been provided to him by the American Patriot Foundation, a non-profit group incorporated in 2003 to foster appreciation and respect for the U.S. Constitution, which has established a fund for Lakin’s legal defense. As a person who spent all of my school years with only a “certificate of live birth” notification, which is what Mr. Obama has been suing as a “birth certificate,” I know…that these are two completely different documents. How do I know this?
When I went to acquire a drivers license, I had to formally request a copy of the real birth certificate.
Without the certified copy of the official birth certificate….I could not get a drivers license, or a passport.
I also know, having lived in HI in the 1970s, that in the time-frame of Mr. Obama’s birth…anyone could call the Court House to report a birth. Home birthing was a popular option in the 60′s-70′s. HOWEVER, if the child was born in a hospital, then the hospital was the official party ordering the birth certificate, and is always named on the birth certificate. This information was not included on the certificate that I have seen being promoted as evidence of HI birth. This makes me think that the birth hospital was not the party that ordered the birth certificate. Another point is, as a person who has handled hospital paperwork, I know that one way to verify Mr. Obama’s HI birth…is to check the hospital records. So far, no one has stepped forward with the hospital record of his mother’s admission into either hospital in Honolulu, nor that hospital’s records involving his birth.
I wish this Officer the best success, for both protecting his own career, and proving Mr. Obama’s status.
Does anyone know if the obummer even has a drivers' license! I don not think I have ever read anything about his having regarding a drivers' license! If a copy of a real birth certificate has to be presented to obtain a drivers' license……well, could this be another avenue?
All my life I used a hospital certificate of birth for everything – driver's license, nursing license in 2 states and any job I was hired at – but the last time i was asked to produce my birth certificate it was not accepted and I have to go to the capital city where I was born and get an "official state birth record" Makes me wonder when and why the requirements changed.

How can he be a US citizen if he HAD to be a citizen of Jakarta, Indonesia where there's record he went to kindergarten in? It's rumoured that his uncle living in Chicago, IL actually obtained a social security number for him while he was living in Indonesia. He HAD to be a citizen of that country to go to school there.

Listen people, I have read everyone of your comments and I have to say I agree with you all and sympathize with your feelings. But, dose anyone know how to go about bringing charges against a traitor such as him. I have contacted my representaives at the State Capital and DC. As of yet I have not recieved an answer back. But, it has only been recently that I sent the letters to the differant reps. I hope to hear back soon. If and when I do I will report back as to what I have found out. But, I would still like to know if any of you have done the same.This is what it is going to take to arouse enough attention to get answers. I don’t think eneough people are getting through to thier Congressmen and Congresswomen. I looked up my reps address on the net and I suggest to the rest of you that haven’t that you quit complaining and do the same. This is the way you make your voice heard the right way—not just complaining on the blog list. If you are serious then start complaining to your reps as well. All this crying to one another is not going to change one bit of anything. What is it going to take to get all of you to ACT? This situation is just as important as going to vote as I see it. And, you don’t even have to go to the polls. You can do as I have sitting right in front of your computer. Just look up your reps contact info and send your complaints to him. I think when enough people show enough interest that they can do what we can’t. That’s what they are there for. So get to it. TY
Howie, I have tried ad infinitum to reach my reps and to no avail. Receptionists answer, take a message, or voice mail, . No real interaction. I have written and no response. I believe it all falls on deaf ears. They give lots of good rhetoric on conservative talk shows, television programs, etc., but they don't "walk the walk". I believe we should purge the entire Congress with the exception of a very, very few and start all over again.
This LTC Lakin has his career on the line to help us and all Americans. Why can’t you lay something out there to help fight back as well. Contact you Congress people. It is not that hard. If we are persistant with them they will get the message and see that we mean bussiness. We as individuals may not be able to go to Washinton but that’s what we have our reps for. So contact them. I get so sick of reading about everyones complaints and wishes but won’t do anything to helpthemselves. Like the old saying “don’t wait for your boat to come in, swim out to meet it”

I also have researched whether Obama is a Natural Citizen? What I have found based on statements of people who are in position to know, is tyat Obama was either born in Indonesia, or Kenya. Either way he is NOT a Natural Citizen, and is GUILTY of Treason. He should be arrested, imprisoned, and transported to a secret hell hole, the same as where he sends all innocent civilians.
