Americans will once again be subjected to the rants of a socialist tyrant during Barack Obama’s State of the Union address Tuesday evening. Reports indicate income inequality will be a primary focus of the speech, affording Obama plenty of opportunity to build on the class envy rhetoric on which he has based most of his presidency.
While many conservatives obviously will be attending to more pressing issues, such as attempting to provide for their families in spite of Obama’s assault on the economy, plenty of others will be watching – if for no other reason than morbid curiosity.
Leftists will doubtlessly find an array of reasons to herald the latest speech as the greatest address in American political history. Those on the right, however, might need some emergency supplies to simply make it to the end of Obama’s diatribe.
One enterprising anti-Obama campaign is providing such a product – a “barf bag” to accompany viewers who become nauseous during the speech.
A political website has reportedly secured a full-page ad in Tuesday’s Washington Times, which features a “make your own” bag for use “when you’ve had a stomach-full of old phony political hope and change.”
Complete with assembly instructions for the bag, the advertisement calls attention to the failed promises and detrimental policies of the Obama administration.
According to the ad, the idea is presented “by like-minded Americans” who have had enough of “the man who promised the American people the most honest, transparent presidency in the history of the United States.”
The Washington Times, one of the few major American newspapers without a blatant liberal bias, will prominently feature the ad on its back page, allowing easy access for those who purchase a copy.
