I’ve been reporting on the stealth Obama land and ocean grabs for the past several months now — and there is another new, under-the-radar-screen development that deserves your attention.
Quick review: In August, I told you about the “Great Outdoors Initiative” to lock up more open spaces through executive order. This came on top on top of a separate, property-usurping initiative exposed by GOP Rep. Robert Bishop and Sen. Jim DeMint earlier this spring. According to an internal, 21-page Obama administration memo, 17 energy-rich areas in 11 states have been targeted as potential federal “monuments.” The Obama War on the West is a War on Jobs that extends from land to sea based on politicized junk science by executive fiat and czar evasion.
The latest power grab comes via Interior Secretary Ken Salazar — the unchecked, unaccountable data doctor and loathsome cowboy — who has just unilaterally elevated a government landscape conservation system to “directorate” status with no congressional debate, no witnesses, no testimony, no public input.

It was reported that Obama joked about diverting Air Force One and going to see Chavez. I dont doubt that at all.
During the height of the Cold War, there was a "Hot Line" from the white House to the Kremlin. Obama probably has one to Chavez, asking periodically for advice on TOTALLY subverting the USA. I'm sure Chavez is a personal hero to Obama who needs periodical pointers from a "pro".

This is nothing new in Nevada. The Feds has owned 87% of Nevada for many years and just this past couple years grabbed more. There was an organization I had joined to protest with signs at corners and in front of the Federal Building to inform people and also protested to get us out of the U.N. I think most including law enforcement thought we were a bunch of 'wacko's.' Now communists running our country have come home to roost as we predicted they would. Everyday is a new bill or order, we cannot wait until 2012, we need to impeach NOW!

There shouldn't be any federal land or state land, the gov. shouldn't own any land. The US forestry service should only be care takers of our land.
We can not wait for Obama to do any more harm , we have to get him out of their ASAP . There is no private land anywhere , there is only land rental . As long as you have to pay for the use of land it is not your land , and that is just what we are doing with property taxes . If you disagree with me just skip your property taxes and see how long you remain in possession of YOUR land or any property with an annual tax . Private property in this country , and most others is a myth.
Here in the great state of Texas I’m being told that my land that I have bought an paid for can be siezed and condemmed by WETT. And there 325kv transmission lines and toweres built on it. It lowers the whole property value and makes part of you’re land useless and you still get to pay taxes on it. I was told today this is all in the name of green energy and that landowners generally have a 1yeatr to protest it but since they are trying to hurry and get the process done they are only giving us 6 months. So essentially the government is already seizing our property!!!!!

information you have posted stating that there were no such cases as claimed
and the examples you gave are blatantly false. I went directly to the Supreme
Court’s website, typed in Obama Kagan and immediately came up with all of the
dockets that the article made reference to.. I have long suspected that you
really slant things but this was really shocking.

Well, someone figured out why Obama nominated Elana Kagan for the
Supreme Court…. Pull up the Supreme Courts website, go to the docket and
search for Obama.
She was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him filed with the
Supreme Court to show proof of natural born citizenship. He owed her big
time. All of the requests were denied of course. They were never heard. It
just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn't it? The American people mean
nothing any longer. It's all about payback time for those who compromised
themselves to elect someone that really has no true right to even be there.
