The nervy Marxists who run our lives have given themselves the power to decide who is and who is not too fat to receive government healthcare benefits. Under a new law signed by Obama our medical records will include our height and weight and our Body Mass Index (BMI) to determine if we are obese by government standards.
BMI will be part of our permanent electronic health record and will be available for inspection “with appropriate security measures–on a national exchange.” In other words a clerk (union member of course) who was hired because he or she was otherwise unemployable could look at our private medical records and stamp “LARD ASS” on the folder jacket.
This change won’t happen right away. These things never do happen overnight. The plan aims to have all of this in place by 2014 in time for the Death Panels to use BMI to ration health care made scarce by Obama’s Socialized medicine scheme.
Cloaked in the official sounding name of “electronic health records” (EHRs) and hidden in the 2009 economic stimulus law, this plot requires health care providers to practice what these newspeak artists call “meaningful use” of electronic records.
In order words your doctor or any hospital or clinic, you go to, will be required to establish a BMI for you so it can be used in determining your future.
It takes one to know one .
Under these regulations we could have someone like the corpulent current Surgeon General Regina Benjamin who seems to stuff a lot of woman into her fancy uniform, measuring our waist and lecturing us about those extra helpings of mashed potatoes.
Presumably with a straight face, General Benjamin explained the need for such paternalism by saying “BMI provides a reliable indicator of body fatness for most people and is used to screen for weight categories that may lead to health problems.”

Everyone gets so upset about this medical interference in our lives. If you think it’s bad that they’ll be measuring your fat and later preventing your freedom to eat chips, try this on for size. Every time I go to give blood, the clinic complains that too few people give blood. Wait til our Fed friends decide that we all HAVE to give blood, donate platelets and bone marrow, maybe sign up to give organs upon death where that used to be voluntary. People, don’t you get it? Total government care means total government CONTROL!

I don’t do doctors, and will not submit to the Gestapo tactics of the Nazi regime in Washington. This regime is just aching for a bloody revolution. I am about ready to give them one. If the November elections result in more uninformed, ignorant, dumbasses voting (as in 2008) than real Americans who believe in the Constitution, we will have to have an overthrow of the socialist regime, or we are doomed. If we had qualifications for voters, we never would have this phoney fraud in the White House. The welfare, brood sows who keep popping out welfare babies should not get to vote. And a person should pass some kind of competency exam showing he has at least an inkling of the workings of government and economics.

A lot of people shouldn't be allowed to vote on anything more important than American Idol competitions because that's where their knowledge and wisdom is limited.

The question that I have about this would be:
Do all of the county, state and federal politicians (and their families) along with their support staff and all military personnel (from the very bottom to the top General in the Pentagon has to do this?
I am sure that the UNION people will not have to do this because they usually get an exemption.
I just went to the doctor, and they are taking bmi's now, not in 2014! Unless something happens to take down this usurper, this country will no longer exist as the America we have known! All of our money will go to African countries which Obamanation is supporting with our tax dollars. This is what we must do in order to save our God fearing country! If you read the warning labels that accompany the statin drugs you will find, among many many others, "side effects" of heart attack and disease. Please wake up, folks. I am nearing 60 and went cold turkey off the only medication that I was on. So far, I have had no problems. My mother is 85 and she got in a car accident and without her knowing what they put her on, she got put on coumadin, which is rat poison. It is a blood thinner. She had always been so active and suddenly she lacked her spark and energy. I told her that she was taking rat poison and she was SHOCKED!!! She got off that and quick and is back out gardening and mowing her own one acre yard.
I am sick of big pharmacy slowly killing us. I heard that the only papers that a person should have when he dies is his/her birth certificate and his/her death certificate, otherwise your doctor is not doing their job. If you have a thick file, then they are really not doing their jobs. Get healthy, try to seek alternative treatments as in herbs and vitamins which are natural and lets not be making the drug companies rich. THEY DO NOT CARE AN OUNCE ABOUT YOU. It may make a person to feel abit better if they begin putting extra food away in case of an emergency. Dust off your bibles and know that God is still on the thrown. God’s disciples wanted to live during these times.

I am a relatively new Chiropractor and originally thought that the electronic records would be convenient and useful for ME to keep track of things and save on paperwork time (for sure). Well, I've never gotten my practice off the ground AND realized some months ago just how the electronic records will be used. I will not be buying any such software. Also, this is the biggest reason that I've chosen NOT to deal with Medicare and insurance companies…….same thing. They're all corrupt and I'm required to divulge anything and everything about those who are under my care.
NOT BY ME! To me my patients' privacy is sacred. We all know what happens when Big Brother gets hold of all the information they're so religiously collecting on all of us……I am appalled and disgusted by all this that's gone on for the past 150 years in our government. We are living in a Marxist, communist state now and I will not participate. I WILL not be part of the problem.
