I’m always amused by the left’s inability to pass their radical agenda and the petulance that follows. When will they get that their vision of America is politically unpalatable to the majority of Americans. Conservatives take the brunt of attacks from liberals who blast us for being ”uninformed” and ”out of touch with reality.” Such irony resides in that statement. Now, with the completion of oral arguments and the Obama administration’s utter failure to make the case that the bill is constitutional, it forces the left to preemptively strike the Supreme Court as acting in an “unprecedented” manner if they strike down their signature achievement.
Kerfuffles between the Executive and the Supreme Court are not uncommon, but I would hope, in the modern era, that presidents would have the respect for the most prestigious institution in the country. Yes, the Supreme Court has been wrong in some cases (i.e Roe v. Wade, Plessy V. Ferguson, and Dred Scott v. Sandford), but over time, the Court has matured to reverse such decisions or, in a more constitutional fashion, the legislatures have stepped in to correct such matters.
However, President Obama seems to think that he’s entitled to bash the Court whenever he feels they have made a poor decision. This was exemplified two years ago when the president scolded the Justices in full view of the Congress during his State of the Union following the Citizens United decision. It’s the default response to anything detrimental to the modern liberal agenda. Nevertheless, it doesn’t trivialize the fact that the president’s actions were ignominious and inappropriate.
Real Clear Politics reported yesterday that the President once again slammed the Court by stating they were an “unelected group of people” who will have turn to “judicial activism or a lack of judicial restraint” concerning their decision about the fate of ObamaCare. The Right Sphere, a conservative blog, aptly asked the question if Obama taught constitutional law at all when he said “I am confident the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically-elected Congress.” Just because a majority in Congress pass a law doesn’t make it constitutional!
In all, the President has stated that ObamaCare is constitutional because he thinks it’s consitiutional. A very astute point, professor. He and the rest of his left-wing affiliates are preparing a “bash SCOTUS” campaign if the Supreme Court strikes down the individual mandate. Stay classy, liberals.

Unless/until the mainstream-media does an ‘about face’ and begins exposing Obama for what he is the general public will never understand that he is intentionally destroying our country.
How about we organize a “Bash OBAMA” campaign? And I like the idea of placing Bash-The-Obama variants of the popular Bash-The-Mole game in arcades everywhere. He deserves it.
Liberal don't know what CLASS is, beside their own, which from the hole I'm in is defined as ELITISTS. They are so pompus to think that others outside of their political realm, are nothing but idiots…..They need to take a long, hard look at themselves, to see that what they are purpetuating, is destroying America, and it needs to be stopped. WE, meaning "the others" truly value our freedoms and personal choices, of HONOR and INTEGRITY, are values instilled in us, throughout life…..Where do LIBERALS fit into that picture? THEY DON'T. They are the scourge of our REPUBLIC, and must be stopped….for if we do not stand up and voice ourselves, we are just as complicit…My gut-feeling has NEVER failed me, and with that said, I truly feel that OBAMA is an USURPER that needs to be dragged from the white house and prosecuted for TREASON, along with the ones that undermined our Constitution, by not PROPERLY VETTING, thereby creating subversive acts, to destroy our country, should ALL BE TRIED AND IMPRISONED for what they've done to these UNITED STATES……
oh, okay. So, if the Supreme Court agrees with him, they are an officially elected Court. If not, then they are just an unofficially “in there” bunch of idiots? I think that’s how it works in his pea sized, dirty, diseased and illegal thinking “mind”, of which ( a mind) he has very little………other than his beleif that he is truly “the annointed one”…..which shows anyone with even half a brain, that he is delusional and diseased to the point of having delusions of grandeur. This “one” has a control issue, that being he beleives in his little tiny, diseased, overblown “mind” that he really is “all that and a bag of chips”! The bigger question is, who is controlling him? Someone far more evil than he is, and someone who may well be “all that and a bag of chips”………the “chips” being a lot of money! Enough to fund the destruction of this nation, and the will to do so, combined with the evil and demented men and women to aid in this destruction! Obama and his administration should be tried, and publicly executed, as an example to whoever is behind this nefarious power take over, this destruction of our nation! I maintain that the Death Penalty for Traitors is the ONLY WAY TO STOP EVEN MORE OF THE SAME TRAITOROUS BEHAVIOR! I have no problem with HANGING THE SON OF A BITCH, AND HANGING THE REST OF THOSE WHO ARE COMPLICIT IN THIS DESTRUCTION OF AMERICA! And those also, who have been guilty of the Destruction of The United States Constitution! Hang traitors. It was always The Preferred Punishment for Traitors, and it should STILL BE the PUNISHMENT FOR ALL, ALL TRAITORS! That would include congress and anyone else who knew of this destruction of America, and sat on their asses and did not lift a finger, or lift their voices in protest and disagreement! When one has their septics cleaned out, they do not save the “waste” from it, they get RID OF IT COMPLETELY! So if we are to CLEAN OUT THE SEPTIC TANK, known as Washington DC, then rid ourselves totally, and completely of all such “WASTE” and begin anew with FRESH AND PATRIOTIC AMERICANS! It is only then that the message of what happens to traitors would be forever burned in the minds of any who wants this job, that would deter them from making the same mistakes of their predecessors. The penalty of treason is and always will be then, Death! As it should be! Start with the Head Turd and work from there.
