The Obama administration has been outspoken in support of using algae as a fuel. But at what cost? How much green will America spend on green algae?
Over $21.7 million of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act money has already been awarded to one particular company, Solazyme, in order to continue working on converting algae into fuel. That company also happens to be one three benifeciaries of a $12 million contract for green fuel with the Navy.
It’s been reported the cost of the ‘green’ bio-fuel for the Navy is $26.75 per gallon for JP-5 jet fuel, the standard fuel costs roughly $4 per gallon.

He obviously is a very confused man. He can't even see that it's the Democrats who are keeping the "Chains" on the "Black Man". All the Government hand outs, the "Race" Card, and the "Victim Mentality" are all products of the Democrats to keep African-Americans in line and not buck the liberal system. There are numerous ways for African-Americans to free themselves from the Liberal Bondage, things like joining the Military, earning good grades in school (not become a statistic: a Drop Out) and go to College. They have more access to Federal Grants, Scholarships, etc than almost any other minority and even more than Caucasians have. There is also the G.I. Bill if they served in the Military to help pay for college. With all of these programs available to the African-American Community they have no one to blame but themselves for not getting out of the "Ghetto". Look at all the African-Americans that haven't fallen prey to the deceit of the Liberals…People like Colin Powell, Thomas Sowell, Condalezza Rice, Michael Jordan, Neil deGrasse Tyson just to name a few.
Mr. Sharpton also needs to learn about facts…Algebra, advances in medicine, etc that he claims that people of African Descent created, was actually created by the Egyptians and the Mayans who were also the Foremost experts on Astronomy at the time. If things had been left up to People of African Descent (meaning people around the time of the Pharaoh's and the Mayans), they would still be banging 2 sticks together to try to light a fire (okay so they may be a little more advanced than that at the time, but not by much). Now please keep in mind that I mean no offense to anyone that is African-American, but people like Al Sharpton, and Rev Jesse Jackson give a bad name to African-Americans.
