TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Attorneys arguing on behalf of Barack Obama’s re-election plans today urged a Florida judge to decide that Obama is not yet the Democratic nominee for president and ignore evidence challenging his eligibility.
The arguments were raised by attorney Mark Herron on behalf of Obama in a hearing before Judge Terry Lewis in Florida, who is best known for presiding over the 2000 Bush v. Gore election dispute.
Lewis is credited with making crucial rulings in the contested 2000 presidential election when ultimately a Florida recount was halted by the U.S. Supreme Court, and George W. Bush was declared the winner.
Attorney Larry Klayman filed the challenge to Obama’s eligibility for the ballot on behalf of Michael Voeltz, who identifies himself in the complaint as “a registered member of the Democratic Party, voter, and taxpayer in Broward County.”
Attorneys representing Obama at the hearing, which was livestreamed by WND, argued that the Florida presidential preference primary, which listed Obama as the only Democrat nominee, didn’t make him the party’s nominee for president.

According to the information I've read on the 'internet', Frank Marshall Davis had a 'threesome'

SAME TRICK: Before the 2008 election law suits were brought to court, because B0 wasn't a natural born citizen, and they were told they had to wait for him to be elected, before they could bring the case to court, so they waited until he was elected, and then they were told, "It"s to late he is already elected", you should have done something before the election.

Also, Obama continues to legislate by executive order with his refusal to enforce our immigration laws, and who also just recently circumvented congress, and granted a pathway to amnesty for 800,000 children brought to this country by their illegal immigrant parents. Congress also continues to soft pedal their inquiry into Eric Holder's Fast and Furious fiasco, and have now even pro-offered a deal for postponement of Contempt Charges if he offers up certain information.
I am sooooooo pissed off at the R's for not picking up the ball on the Pelosi DNC fraud.

It's a long video, but a very interesting one. The initial arguments by the Obama attorneys sounded plausible; but the counter argument by the attorney representing fraud was really much better.
The judge has asked for both parties to submit a tentative order (by next Monday) for him to revise and submit as his decision … knowing that this may ultimately go to the Supreme Court. Hopefully, the decision should be in a pair of weeks. This is extremely important … which is an understatement.

If I want a Driver's License in any one of our fifty States, there are a few hoops that I must jump through before I am granted.
One, I have to pass a written test to show driving and legal knowledge.
Two, I have to drive a vehicle and follow a State Examiner's instructions.
Three, I have to pass a vision exam.
