  1. I am beginning to think obama was absolutely right when speaking about transparency! I just think most common folk assumed he was referring to truth and honesty when he made that statement 1,000 times. Actually what he was saying is he was going to be transparent in his arrogance, hatred for America, especially white, Christian middle class America, his lies, deception, love of Muslims and gays, his hatred for the Constitution and our Military…..If you look at it that way he couldn't be more transparent and it may actually be the one of the few true statement he has ever made.

Given that the agencies at the bottom of the scorecard are involved with national security, one might think that these agencies are simply unable to disclose classified documents, and this is why their scores are so low. In fact, the actual rate of granting information requests represents only a few points of the processing score. These agencies had significant problems with timeliness in responding to requests and appeals and had large backlogs. The FOIA gave the DOJ the second highest grade just below the SSA. How can that be? The FBI is the principal investigative arm of the U.S. Department of Justice. We should have a mass request of FOIA forms sent to the DOJ attention to the FBI on what the status is on their ever going investigation of Benghazi before all informants are found dead!!!
