For the past few days, I have been wearing a sandwich board in the Ferry Terminal of my home town. The boards carry signs with messages the Democrat Cheerleading media are smothering.
I use 2′x4′corrugated plastic sheets and write with erasable colored pens. I cut another sheet into horizontal 4 inch high strips and affix them using fasteners available at Staples. I have three messages on the front and “Catholics told what to believe – will you church be next?” on the back sheet.
The results have been very interesting and very encouraging.
About 2,000 of the 12,000 people who pass by each morning read our boards. The very interesting part is that without a doubt, the MOST interested readers are BLACK FEMALES, and the younger the better! At least 60 to 75 read the messages top to bottom. Some looked like their heads would swivel off as they kept walking and reading.
A few have spoken to me expressing their disappointment with Barack Obama and willingness to go elsewhere on Election Day. I spoke with two together, a 60-ish lady and a 20-year-old. Both were interested, but the 20-year-old was already on board for Mitt Romney.
When the older lady read the sign on my back, she said, “Yes I’ll have to think about this.”
One young black female expressed things this way: “Obama is just another full of s**t black man who has not delivered on his promises – another baby daddy.”
Here are the other messages
“I’m not better off; are you?”
“Gas $4.15. Had enough?”
“Is THIS the America you wanted?”
“44 straight months of 8% + unemployment; is your job next?”
“Same promises = same results.”
“May college grads 53% unemployed; R U next?”
This morning’s messages were: “Is THIS American Leadership?” AND “Is THIS Carter’s second term or what?”
We’ll be doing this a few times a week right up to November. Can you see a way to do this in your town? It can be done in front of colleges and shopping centers, but it MUST be done to save our nation for the future of our children and grandchildren. More reports to come….
