Only a week after there was a formal hearing in the state of New Hampshire on a request to remove Barack Obama’s name from the 2012 presidential primary election ballot over allegations of fraud, state officials in Georgia are facing a related request.
Activist Carl Swensson, who runs the RiseUpForAmerica.com website, and has been integral in campaigns to have Obama investigated, told WND that not only has he petitioned the state secretary of state, but some half a dozen others have done the same thing.
In his complaint letter to Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp, Swensson wrote that while Obama is listed as the only Democrat candidate, he must be removed “as he does not meet the minimum qualifications as set forth in Article II Section I Clause V concerning the natural born citizen status.”
“Jurisdiction falls squarely on the shoulders of your office as head of the Georgia Board of Elections and it is your sworn duty as a man of honor and public servant to protect and defend the Constitution,” he wrote. “The very U.S. Constitution that is now under attack and assault by the DNC for having failed in their responsibility to submit an eligible candidate for inclusion on our ballot”….

If we could ALL stand up in our own states, especially states that might lean toward him, we might get somewhere. HE has the new bill in hand now and Americans are in danger. HE is the one who now can decide if an American is at war with the US, and HE can have the military arrest and hold you without charge, with NO TRIAL by jury. Now how many of us think that anyone who disagrees with, or causes troubles for HIM would be considered at war with the US? So, our only hope is that he won't be on the ballots, or someone in Washington gets a set of them for Christmas and starts impeachment. Otherwise, I think we are pretty much toast.
The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president."

This country is in a state of anarchy and the followers of the destruction have no idea what they have done. Obama is trying to get the communist legislation to use military in this country against whomever he says. His people are contemplating legislation to assist the death of the elderly and the unborn. He has squashed a huge Air Force contract to a US company that was already scheduled and will put 1400 non union workers on the unemployment rolls. He is making the Air Force give the plane contract to Brazil to a company that works with Iran. Are we insane. Evidently many are.

We sometimes believe that because of New Hampshire, this would be an act of futility, but just think for a minute if obama was actually removed from just one state registration, he would be in deep deep doggy do do. We must support and demand this effort goes forth in all fifty states because this is finally becoming a thorn in obama's side and an embarrassment to the left leaning limp wristed liberal dipsticks. Remember those who do not support us on this issue from our side of the isle come November 2012.

He’s signed more BS executive orders for destroying the US than any other president I know of, again IMPEACHMENT IS THE ONLY ANSWER!! This is Congress's duty to see the Constitution is adhered to. But as time has shown us, Congress is busy making themselves wealthy by dabbling in insider information in differing investments. Even though the people are not included in these actions, Congress has cut themselves out of the law of the land " that dealing in "insider information" is illegal.
