The Army has now referred charges against LTC Terrence Lakin for a General Court Martial. This action triggered the appointment of a Military Judge to preside over the trial, which will likely be scheduled before October, and held in Washington, D.C. at Ft. McNair.
On August 6, 2010 at Ft. McNair in Washington, D.C., the court will convene for the purpose of Judge Lind taking Lakin’s plea to the charges which consist of “missing movement” and of refusing to obey orders. Today Lakin stated: “I am not guilty of these charges, and will plead ‘not guilty’ to them because of my conviction that our Commander-in-Chief may be ineligible under the United States Constitution to serve in that highest of all offices. The truth matters. The Constitution matters. If President Obama is a natural born citizen then the American people deserve to see proof, and if he is not, then I believe the orders in this case were illegal.” If convicted, Lakin faces up to four years at hard labor in a federal penitentiary.

I feel as the asumed president obama is a liar that this is a no brainer,no bith certificate not a legal citizen,not a legal president.This ob'wants'to'blow,me said the Prime minister of Suadi Arabia,he was,nt bowing down as stated in the obwantstoblowme news paper.
I encourage all who read this article and this posting to call their Federal and State Representative to Question who Obama really is. He should be held for Fraud and taken to court if he is not a "natural born" citizen of our Country. We need to see more that a electronic image on his website to know who he is. We need to see his passports, his draft records, his application for Senate and President and His College records.

Since medievil times, the writ quo warranto has been around. Simply stated it asks…by what authority do YOU have to charge me. LTC Lakin has every right as an American citizen to request that writ of the CIC. Remember Shakespeare and the line, "Me thinks thou doth protest too much?" Why, with all of the hullabaloo and all of the questions, why would he not show all of his records and put this to rest once and for all? There acn only be 2 answers. 1. He is such an arrogant ass that he doesn't care what the people want (gosh we've seen that before), and 2. He ain't got it (proof he is who he says he is.)
Maybe both are reasons, come to think of it.. Whatever it is, if LTC Lakin is denied the writ, this country may be too far gone to be salvaged. It can only mean that there are forces greater than we can imagine holding the keys to hell.
I say promote the man to 4 star general, and give him a key to the city for standing up in defiance to this weasel in chief.

I think Larkin has every wright to question the muslim communist mongrel in the oval office that can send him to. into any situation that would en-danger his life. In my opinion the sob in the oval office is not fit to send our military anywhere. I want to puke when I see one of our military personell salute this b-s-a-d.

This military court is not within the Judicial Branch that at least theoretically supposed to be independent of the Executive Branch. This court is part of the Executive Branch. There is an inherent conflict of interest. So this court can not act against the interest of the Commander in Chief.
They have to punish Lakin, otherwise hundreds if not thousands will copy Lakin and the military will fall apart. They have no choice. They will do that than acting against the interest of the boss, even if they have to break their own rules. Nevertheless, the attorneys are giving them a run for the money, because they all know that the Mr. Transparency is not eligible. The bc issue is straightforward even for a 6th grader. The nbc issue is more complex but not rocket science. The Military Brass is protecting their jobs, promotions and pensions.
This leaders of this country are becoming a dictatorship and violate the Bill OF Rights and the U.S. Constitution.
