Barack Hussein Obama did not sneak into power. An army of clueless, disconnected, ignorant Americans invited him to bring his Marxist, glaringly anti-American jihad into our lives. This president’s overtly destructive, clear-and-present-danger agenda is surpassed in transparency only by his ultra-leftist public voting record and overall lifetime conduct of consorting with the enemy as a child and student of Marxism, socialist and racist community organizer, congregant of the blatant America-hating black-theology- and social-justice-spewing Rev. Jeremiah Wright and close personal friend of convicted communist terrorists like Bill Ayers, and by his unflinching appointment of an array of communist czars, including Van Jones, Cass Sunstein, Anita Dunne, et al. So let me get this straight: You claim your intentions were noble because you simply wanted to get your child a puppy but somehow didn’t notice that it was foaming at the mouth, and now you’re shocked that your child has rabies? I think not. That is not a mistake. It is negligence — dangerous, life threatening and, I am convinced, downright criminal negligence.
And the price for such negligence is catastrophic, don’t you know.
But it gets worse. For, you see, the blame doesn’t fall just on the obvious stupidity of our friends and families who voted for this corrupt, death-wish government in whose stranglehold we find ourselves.

It seems that the local paper, The Las Vegas Review-Journal has engaged a barretry company to chase down anything that may have been published in the Las Vegas Review-Journal and file copyright suits against them even when the copied part is only an excerpt, which is actually legal. It seems that the Review-Journal believes that those attacked will quickly negotiate a settlement that will provide cash to the Review-Journal.
My letter to them said to not expect to have me as a subscriber again. There are plenty of other sources of news without them.
As newspapers claim your and my copyrights that come into existence every time that we write anything, I believe that it is time to change the copyright laws to prevent a publisher, who is actually providing a paid service from claiming, or extorting from us, our copyrights simply for the privilege of printing the material which we furnish.
Copyright exists when you write. Adding the copyright symbol, (letter c in a circle) provides more protection and registering the copyright adds another layer pf legal protection.
As the newspapers enjoy a First Amendment protection to allow them to be the watchdog of the government, which most of them are failing to do, and which may account for their falling subscription rates, the only thing which they should be allowed to copyright is original research which they commission. Newspapers are reporting organizations. As such what they report is either "Public Domain", which can not be copyrighted, or belongs to the originator, and without an assignment of copyright by the originator, the newspaper has no claim for copyright. Have you noticed that all “letters to the Editor” columns have a term of use that requires you to grant them all rights to your letter?
As the Las Vegas Review-Journal is using copyright, it is preventing political discussion and violating the very reason for newspapers to have a First Amendment protection.
I am not advocating removal of the First Amendment protections from newspapers. I am advocating a denial of copyright to newspapers on any thing that is originated by someone else.
I am asking you to join me in writing to your congressmen and senators for this change in copyright law.
Impeach Obama is only ONE STEP in getting back our country. The whole mess needs to be treated like dumping a rotten trash barrel – dig a deep hole, pour in the stinking mess, and cover it over ONCE AND FOR ALL! That whole vicious crew, Rahm-baby himself, that fool Holder, Biden – the human anal vaccuum pump, Pelosi the Vampirebitch, Reid – I can't think of enough things to attach to him…on down the line till all of the ones who have so gleefully in favor of shooting the whole American nation and people down the toilets while they partied hearty. I couldn't agree more. Obama is a Marxist, pure and simple. It has been said that he is the first "post racial, post partisan President." Nothing is further from the truth. He is actually the first "post American President."
His justice department refuses to prosecute Black Panther members who obstruct entrance to voting places and he has bulldozed his way through Congress, ignoring Republican objections and refusing to compromise on his damaging left wing agenda. These are not examples of a "post racial or post partisan President" but that of a racist and Marxist idealogue who wlll pursue his agenda of government control and racial preferences.
In my opinion, these alone are impeachable offenses to name only a few. It is time for those who voted for this man to realize that a huge error has been made and to first rid the Congress of Democrats in November 2010, then impeach and remove from office the President who has again and again, violated his oath of office.
To my noledge if is okay to defend your state, country, home or family from invaders. Isn'tt that what these frigin so called illegal immigrents are? Hey, actually, I think I have it. Rather than throwing a bunch of money at advertising, just hire every available tour bus in the US for a day. At least find out what companies they used during the last election and pre-hire all of theirs. Maybe it might be good to bring the owners of these bus companies out on front street and start giving them some publicity for helping to subvert America’s elections. Just some ideas, but if we can stop their busses, we remove their personnel carriers and most likely save our elections from these leftist thugs.

I’m so sorry we were duped into electing “Obama for Change”. Some change. Everyday gets worse. First,
we have radical Islamist who have gained trust and are into government positions and Homeland Security.
There are cells, compounds and enclaves throughout America. What is going on there? Radical muslims are
in the Universities teaching their slanted idiology, so that young students have to stand up to them, taking time
away from learning. Then Mexicans are coming into the country way in excess of other minority groups, many
illegally, and mingled with Hezbollah terrorists. If we don’t get some leaders who will “man up” and get rid
of these elements, we may end up with a civil war. But then anything …

It is hard to fathom that so many millions of people were unable to see through this charade. He gave ample clues to his political aspirations over the past 10 or more years. He laid out EXACTLY what he would do if and when he was elected to the presidency. Prior to the election he made it crystal clear that he did not have Americas best interests. Yet millions saw him as the messiah. The saviour. The One. Even those ignoramuses who were bussed in to vote had to have enough sense to see that they were besing taken advantage of. Everything he has ever said in his public speeches is a lie. Everything. So where does that leave us? Are we to believe that Congress is going to impeach him? Congress doesn't have the fortitude to accomplish anything except what Obama wants, and can't even get that right half the time. We can't depend on them to do what is right for America nor for we the people.
You are so right. The minute the Rev Wright videos came on the scene and O's ridiculous statements about his time with The Black Libertion Theology friend and mentor, the writing was on the wall. To this day, although many have finally come to realize who this charlatan really is, I find it hard to believe he conned so many people. He was in the right place, at the right time, with mega Billionaire Soros and his ilk running the show, a Dem Congress and a Lame Stream Media…..how could be fail.
