Both Tea Party favorite Allen West and moderate Republican Tom Rooney are noticeable by their inaction on the findings of Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s definitive six month long investigation into possible “fraud and forgery” of key Obama documents.
When asked if they were worried about a man having control of America’s nuclear arsenal when his social security number was not passing an E verify check, press talkers of both sitting U.S. House of Representative members either said nothing or said this isn’t as important as putting Americans back to work or doing something about high gas prices. Besides, as Allen West’s person said, “There’s not enough time for Congress to do something (hold hearings).”
The two retired Army veterans now serving in Congress are taking no action on the refusal of Congress to investigate the problems surrounding Barack Obama’s eligibility to serve as America’s President, even though they swore to oaths to protect her Constitution, first and foremost. Rooney is uprooting his family from Tequesta, Florida, and relocating to Charlotte County so he can run for the newly drawn 17th House District.
A Captain in the Army who taught constitutional law at West Point Military Academy, Rooney, of the Steelers’ Rooneys, served a six year stint as Army JAG officer. As a spirited version of the patriotic song “Yankee Doodle Dandy” played, Rooney’s press spokesman Michael Mahaffey (1-877-762-8762) had no reply when asked if his boss was going to challenge congressional inaction of investigating Obama’s possible “fraud and forgery” issues around not only the Obama Birth Certificate, but Obama’s selective service registration documents, an item that should spark some interest in an Army JAG officer.
Mahaffey never called back to clarify the irony of his boss taking the Military Oath to first and foremost protect America’s Constitution, but as a former military Constitutional law professor and Army JAG, Rooney is doing nothing about Obama’s eligibility issues!
Now-retired Lieutenant Colonel Allen West’s spokesman certainly was more talkative. He said West is more concerned about “gas prices and getting Americans back to work,” than the failure of Congress to investigate Obama’s eligibility problem. On and on, the young man talked while never once mentioning the Military Oath that states, “I will support and defend the Constitution of the U.S. against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 clearly states: “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.”
West is moving up to Florida’s Treasure Coast to run in Rooney’s old district, the 18th, and has an estimated $5.85 million war chest to fund his campaign. He survived a brutal contest in the Democrat controlled Gore triangle battleground area of DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz, so this race probably will not resemble the hot war he fought in Iraq again.
Incumbent Rooney is moving into central Florida’s heavily agricultural district, fraught with Everglades issues, poverty, and fishing villages around Lake Okeechobee where many veterans and their families reside. I wonder how each of these men will explain to their new constituents the irony of swearing to the Military Oath but not upholding it when their political futures depend on their silence and inaction.

I really like Allen West but alas he like Bill O reilly and others don't want to rock the boat. He was great when he first entered Congress. When are we going to quit referring to these 545 TRAITORS in our federal government as "Congressmen", "Senators", "Supreme Court Justices", or "Mr. President". Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his cold case posse has the ball rolling and they are starting a criminal investigation in to the forgery of obama's birth certificate and selective service card . Believe it or not the selective service card is the big nail in this fraud obama's coffin . The forgery of that card is an outright felony . As for those in the military that wont honor their oath to the US Constitution when this fraud obama goes down and he will go down those officers will lose their commissions .

I have had the luxury of living in 3 different Congressional districts in Georgia since it was first known that Obama was a serial felon. I wrote every single one of these Congressmen about Obama's ineligibility and not a single one of them even answered my concerns! The Congressmen I wrote were Jack Kingston, Tom Price, and Tom Graves. All of the federal and State judges, federal officials, State officials, military officials, DA's, AG's, and willing lapdog media, whether they call themselves Conservative, Liberal, or whatnot(makes no difference) who have put up roadblocks on Obama's behalf have proven that BRIBERY and Chicago-style mafia tactics are alive and well in our government, and it is ubiquitous. This level of corruption cannot be "voted out of office" as the ridiculous GOP (Grand Ol' Propaganda) would have many gullible fools believe. They are just as corrupt because they have been complicit in all of this.
In Obama's 2nd "term", either both parties in the Senate will sign on to UN Agenda 21 or both parties will sit back and allow Obama to bypass Congress with an Executive Order that will de facto end the 2nd Amendment by enforcing UN Agenda 21. When this occurs, I would expect that ad hoc militias will organize all over the country. Civil war will be right around the corner when the bottom falls out of the dollar and the people are starving in the streets. These fools in our government do not even know what kind of price will be on their heads then!
Basically, folks-the persons who supposedly "vetted" the usurper in 07-08, are the ones that we should be going after. Reid, pelousey, rangel, waters,clinton,willy/hilly and more -and the RINOs that were there then. We the people did a pretty good job, of throwing out some of the trash in '10 and we will continue to do so. Inaction by congress to investigate Sheriff Joe Arpaio's findings of credible evidence that Obama's birth certificate and draft registration card are forgeries is a crime against the American people. Are you listening to the American people congressmen? Your continued refusal to produce evidence to the contrary about the credibility of these documents make you accessories to the crime. Do you believe that like Obama, you as well are above the law! All of you took an oath to uphold the Constitution and the rule of law. I am sad to say that Col. West is just one more "Political Opportunist! He will no more seek the truth and stand by it than all/most of congress and/or senate! His story keeps changing and has changed for the good of the sysyem that has put him in office! If the Colonel was really who he said he was and was sincere than he'd NOT back down, BUT he isn't and he did back down! His analagy is as someone who says we can't keep this country from crashing, it's just to late, and that is a defeatist attitude! Point well taken. There is nothing MORE important than doing what one can, in upholding the Constitution. Rep. West expresses fine values and is obviously a man of courage, yet he has gone on record as telling an audience that the provision to allow for arrest and indefinite incarceration of U.S. citizens on American soil, was removed from the NDAA authorization passed last December, when clearly, it was not. The amendment to that bill, that would have stricken that provision, failed.
The measure of our character is made, not by what we say in relative comfort, but what we do under duress.
Taking an unpopular stand in the face of certain ridicule, is certainly no way to achieve higher office. But a select few -like Sheriff Joe Arpaio, have the ultimate courage to do so. The late Alben W Barkley understood the mindset and expressed it well:
